NorthShore Connect Review
I find North Shore Connect to be a great way to connect with my doctors and their staff and receive an answer to a question, or check on test results, and make or confirm an appointment. I do however, find logging in an issue. NS Connect is supposed remember my password; it does not. If I type a letter or number incorrectly to log in, it often doesn’t let me correct it, but only to use a new password. I seem to have an easier time using my iPad than my iPhone. There are days I give up and use my cell phone instead, since many new passwords are not accepted. If logging in can be made easier, than NS Connect would be used more frequently. I have spoken to friends and family and they too have this issue. North Shore Connect does not remember my face any longer and I can change my password constantly, but I cannot change my face. In communication to a doctor, it is important that you can be clear and give appropriate information to the doctor to make a decision of what’s going on with your health… You cannot do that when you’re limited to such a short amount of characters… Please consider adjusting thistoo short is bull
App keeps crashing
The apps crashing you cannot schedule an appointment. You cannot send a message to your doctor because it will exit after five seconds. Terrible app. You also can’t schedule appointments because it does not show any times slots I mean any for any doctor. When you call they will have times available. What’s the point of having or sure connect app if you can’t schedule an appointment and you can’t send a message to your doctor. Negatives of NorthShoreConnect
When there is an abnormal test results before being downloaded to my NS connect I should hear from a doctor first. I know of multiple people including myself who have received abnormal test results after the results were posted late at night or over the weekend and then googled what it meant and it was pretty scary. I even messaged my doctor but didn’t get a response for a couple of days.Show lessgtt319

The app makes getting in touch with my doctor a lot faster than it would than if I would have made a call which would take to me feel like 2hoursto get to the office sence now you can only call a central switch board and then they ask you about why you are call and who you want to talk to?Music_love4-it
Terrible
I used to think that NorthShore Connect was great. However, ever since it updated in the fall of 2021, I can almost never send messages, frequently cannot access my after visit summaries, and have found multiple other glitches. I need to use the app to communicate with my medical providers, but it is not very good for that anymore. Please fix the bugs!Show lessIrritated and Dissatisfied

I love using NS connect! This is a much faster way to communicate with your doctor for non emergency questions. All your health records are at your finger tips. Easy access to test results, Covid-19 info, billing, medications plus more. Check it out, it’s really easy to navigate.Quizill
my issues
Dr Patel has been absolutely excellent doctor credit has been an awesome Doctor Who is definitely taking care of me to the Atmos and Dr and Carrey first and Nurse practioner Sandra heal they all have taken care of me quite well and I feel very comfortable being in the hands of my staff they are an excellent team I’ve had excellent service and I can’t say anything more but they just been completely wonderful for me thank youShow lessbvebradley

I love that I can schedule my doctor visits, message my doctors, view my test results, pay my bills and also act as proxy for my Mom. I never talk to anyone anymore just use the app or my PC!cooleo
