Great way to watch water usage when away
The continuous usage alert is extremely useful when away to catch a possible leak early. It’s why I use the product and app. Great product. Clean soft water all throughout the house. This is my second unit in 16 years. My first was still working but not a wifi unit so I upgraded. I travel a lot and like to make sure my home is working properly. Great product for set and forget. Two thing it needs though
This is the best water softener we have had in over 30 years of using one. Our Kenmore Hybrid works effortlessly and is highly reliable. We have been using it four years now and are very happy with its operation and performance. The last star would be given with two additions to the app. One would be to notify of a regeneration the day prior to the event and the second is notification of low salt in the tank. Combine these two notifications with the continuous water flow alarm on the app and this would definitely get five stars. Love… Love… LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR!!!
It’s deep, wide, nice shelf space. The shelf can be raised so I can put tall things, they fit perfectly!! Freezer is very roomy! Ice and crushed ice are perfect size! Deli drawer is very big and roomy for all my stuff. I love that it dings if the door is open. It’ll also send a notification to your phone letting you know it’s open… WOWWWW!!! I’m soooo impressed with this lovely fridge!! Ohhh… almost forgot, the outside is fingerprint resistant, such a beautiful, smooth surface. It’s very classy!!! Deleted the app
Had to finally delete the app. Could not sign into it. I reset my password and was redirected to the sign in screen. I would manually put the new password in and it would come up incorrect. I cut and pasted the password, I’ve changed the password, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still the same results. Unfortunately this app has been nothing but problems for the years I’ve been using it. It’s a shame because all I need it to do is tell me when my washer or dryer has finished a load (I already gave up on the remaining time which is takes forever to update). It’s nice when it works but now that is not possible because I can not sign into the app.Show lessfujo99
App review on my fridge
I finally got it to work on the app. We've had the fridge maybe a year now & I couldn't ever get it to work but finally I got it. I had been trying cuz our ice cream was so hard i couldn't scoop it out now I can do everything from my phone it just makes everything easier. I love the fridge & idk what the issue was before but now it's as easy as pie. Thanks so much for this productShow lessLil Hand mama bear
The app works well, just not so easy to set up
I was able to get the washer working with the app with little aggravation, but the dryer was difficult. Just wouldn’t work. Was great when both worked on the app, then the dryer portion went again. I believe the app update fixed it as both are working well now. Knock on wood....so, now it seems to be working a lot better with fewer glitches.Show lessMario CW
Smart feature is a plus!
Never have to run back and forth to check on laundry again. You can check via the app right where you are or while you’re not at home. It also sends an alert. Pretty handy when several of us need to wash at the same time. You can adjust wash/dry times also via the app or turn them off. I am a mom with two very busy boys who love playing outside and keeping their mom on her toes. With this app I am able to see when things are done so I can quickly run inside and switch it over or even see when I need to go start the dryer up again if something may not be completely dry. Best A/C units ever!
I bought 2 large Kenmore A/C’s and had them installed in my walls. Those 2 cool my entire 1sr floor. I have an open floor plan, cape style home. I’ve had Kenmore A/C’s my entire adult life and they are the best ones you can get! I have always liked that they save energy and they are quiet and run very smoothly. The best thing about these new ones is I can control them though my iPhone app! Another great job Kenmore!!Show lesscynmac76
