I work long hours & sometimes it’s gets hot at home & being as I have 2 dogs a husky & a frienchie i always have to make sure it doesn’t get to hit for them, the unit I have offers an option to control the AC from you’re cell phone, which is a great because I’m always in control of the climate that my dogs are in, I recommend this unit to anyone.Show lessCO-_-BOSS-_-TA
Great product for set and forget. Two thing it needs though
This is the best water softener we have had in over 30 years of using one. Our Kenmore Hybrid works effortlessly and is highly reliable. We have been using it four years now and are very happy with its operation and performance. The last star would be given with two additions to the app. One would be to notify of a regeneration the day prior to the event and the second is notification of low salt in the tank. Combine these two notifications with the continuous water flow alarm on the app and this would definitely get five stars. Why do some things work and the other don’t
I have had my washer and dryer now over 2 years and from some odd reason I can never change the loads when I am in the my cycle. Most of the time one is always of as of right now my washer is off and I some how can not change it to save my life. As for my dryer is shows that there is 2 minutes left of the dryer and they dryer is completely off at the moment! I can’t click anything on the washer! And this makes me so mad. I barely use the app because of these problems and I have came to the app often to mess with it over the 2 years and it seem that I still can’t do anything. I have deleted the app multiple times and still nothing!Show lessmom_life2018
5 stars for Use-ability!
I use the Kenmore smart app for all of my Kenmore connected products. It’s easy to use and helps me stay on top of of what’s going on. No more wrinkled clothes from leaving the clothes in the dryer too long- the app notifies me when the clothes are done. Peace of mind too- if something goes wrong, it tells me. Love… Love… LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR!!!
It’s deep, wide, nice shelf space. The shelf can be raised so I can put tall things, they fit perfectly!! Freezer is very roomy! Ice and crushed ice are perfect size! Deli drawer is very big and roomy for all my stuff. I love that it dings if the door is open. It’ll also send a notification to your phone letting you know it’s open… WOWWWW!!! I’m soooo impressed with this lovely fridge!! Ohhh… almost forgot, the outside is fingerprint resistant, such a beautiful, smooth surface. It’s very classy!!! Doesn’t work and support is unresponsive
I’m sure I’ll just fall into the thousands of others than can’t get this app to connect to their brand new fridge. I had an LG that took me 3 minutes to connect…I’ve spent hours on this with no luck. I called, I was told they can’t help me and I’d have to email support. I emailed support and they responded 3 days later with “what’s your serial number?” I responded within the hour and nothing from them since, that was last Thursday (5 days ago). So sad I went with Kenmore. I did get it from Costco so I’m contemplating returning it.Show lessStrim75
Set for work
Being a shade tree mechanic, who really doesn’t like working on my cars these days, my Kenmore AC sets the stage. I turn it on early with my iphone and when I’m ready to start work, the garage is cool and here in Texas that’s a big deal. Very helpful
I’m a busy working mom, my laundry is in the basement of my home. This app helps me manage my never ending laundry without running up and down the stairs to check on it whilst running after two toddlers. I also sometimes load the machine before we go upstairs to bed and start it from my bed when I wake up to get a head start on my chores. I am very happy with this app.Show lessIvy league girl
Practical control
The Kenmore wall unit with remote control allows practical control with a familiar set up. The temperature control allows changes on usage depending on weather to save money on utility bills and allows remote temperature monitoring. Control locally or from 100 miles away is a real plus when caring for a home not always occupied.

Handy
This app does everything I need it to. It lets me know when my laundry is done, which helps because I’m disabled and the laundry is in the basement. I can even change the cycle while I’m upstairs. I don’t use all the features, but the ones I do are great.
Sometimes notifications go off when there isn’t a notification, and sometimes It disconnects from the Washer/Dryer, but other than connectivity super handy app that customizes my laundry experience.Show lessThe Daughter
