Deleted right away
After signing up to enter the app you must provide all your information, just to search… full address, phone number, birth date, email everything. I could see that being asked for when you are going to book a vacay, but not to just get into the app! I have already given my Name email and City, betting I am going to be getting a lot of unsolicited, emails now.Show lessIhavzedogz7
Changes…NOT for the better
This is our eleventh (or 12th) visit to Sandals Ochi since1992! We are timeshare owners since 2009 and Sandals Signature Guests. We have brought dozens of couples to this Sandals, and all but one have returned to this same resort! We have experienced lots of changes with some being great and others so-so. This trip, we are using our timeshare as COV!D shut down the resort and we didn’t want to lose our year. For that, we were NOT given our ‘Sandals return guest T-shirt’ from the Sandals loyalty office yesterday! Yep, you are reading correctly! Amazing Sandals Resort with Room for Improvement
Without question, Sandals CURAÇAO is one of the most beautiful of all the Sandals resort.
Improvement Opportunity #1
Two of the higher end restaurants require reservation, but they were fully booked during our 5 days stay. There are other good food choices that does not need reservations.
Improvement Opportunity#2
I was disappointed to rush to the Strand Seafood Restaurant on the beach which stated the closing time is 3:30 pm.
After booking another Sandals Vacation to Sandals Barbados we rushed to Strand and got there for 3:24 pm 6 minutes before closing.
The hostess informed me that the kitchen was already closed and they could not seat my party of 4. Naturally, we were disappointed because there was very limited options for food… the food carts which was 10 minute walk for a few 70 year olds at 88* degrees and humid is like a marathon walk.
My disappointment is the Waitresses and Chef Jack attitude at the restaurant was disappointment …. 1 star in a 5 star resort.
They definitely need more training.
I respect how difficult it for the staff to do their job.
Management will avoid misunderstanding and disappointment between guests and restaurant staff if they change the closing time or ask the servers and chefs to observe the posted Times.

New version doesn’t work
Really wish I could go back to the previous version that actually worked. Can’t see my upcoming trip or any information about the resort. Can see the icons but they are greyed out and can’t click on them._Cari_
First time at a Sandals Resort… thinking when can we book again!
We had thought we have been to an all inclusive resort or cruise before…. But we have not until Sandals. Everything is included in the price transport, room, food, drink…. No hidden fees. The Sandals Grenada employees… from Sinatra folding towels…to Rozelle working poolside… so helpful and going the extra mile helping us out. Tiffany creating a drink on the fly … Jason giving such a personable welcome tour and escort to our room. Paradise. Such beautiful grounds, plenty of poolside and beachside seats…..you want the best… get up and reserve… want to wing it.. you won’t be out of luck… that is gold!
You can pay for ultimate pampering with Butler service… or stay in an economy room… treated the same… exceptionally!

Sandals La Toc delivers! I love that all of the Sandals properties are unique. La Toc is no different. Our first night started off with a bang! We arrived on the 44th anniversary of St Lucia’s independence from Britain. What a party they had! From costumes to entertainment to authentic food, along with Sangria and Champaign, we enjoyed the festivities and learned a little about St. Lucian history.
The staff is superb! They are attentive and caring and make sure the guests are having a good time! It is very apparent that the staff enjoys their job and it shows.
