App has very little information
The daily schedule of activities is not posted. It only tells you what they have but not where or when anything is. Very frustrating since the resort expects you to use it to get all of the informationAL-C-W
Review the app, not Sandals resorts!
You’re supposed to be reviewing the Sandals app, not your vacation experiences here. Having said that, we have been to Sandals/Beaches 3 times now. I only had trouble with the app on the last trip -could not use the on resort chat option. It’s very important to the employees because this is how they get extra perks and bonuses.Show lessAngryBFan876

Terms & Conditions
Upon completing my online check in vis the sandals app I was required to agree to the terms and conditions. However, there was no link from this page to access them so I I had to agree to them blind.

Just got here
Wow what a place, just got here 3 hours ago. We got a wonderful welcome song from the guys as we got out of the shuttle. Then we were brought over to the club lounge and checked in, they brought us up to our room right across from Amondo’s. We went there for our first dinner and it was excellent. Excellent app
The app Was down a lot over christmas but usually works very well. Good way of keeping track of bookings and points. In the uk however, remember this talks straight to the US so not to be used for booking queries etc.bisontv
Not up to standards
So far, the customer service in the bars and non-reserved restaurants are terrible. The staff have no personality, not friendly, do not smile, and don’t seem to care how slow they are. Aolos and Butch’s were out of several food items.
I also had a taxi reserved a day prior to pick us up at 8am for a 9am tour. The taxi did not show until 8:45 causing us to be late, and told us there was nothing in their logs about an 8am pickup. The staff in the club lounge did not care and just nodded their head saying we can talk to the manager.
This is not acceptable as all other Sandals have been amazing! What a waste of money spent here.Show lesswhat a shaaaaame
Amazing in every way
This was our first trip to the Bahamas and to sandals emerald bay. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff, food and activities are all first class. You won’t be disappointed.

Massage on November 10, 2022
I want to thank Maria for one of the best massages I have ever received while on vacation. Usually while away from my own massage therapist back home I only receive a “cookie cutter” same routine massage. Maria listened to my area of concerns and addressed these areas with the perfect amount of pressure. She is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend her! She deserves much praise and appreciation! We can not say how wonderful Monica is she not only was our wedding planner for Retie the knot this week she was our wedding planner 16 years here!!! At this resort she was next level amazing we love here her she added amazing love to our special day!
