What a work benefit!

This has been an amazing benefit-not just for myself but for my whole family. I’m especially impressed because my children do not fall under my work insurance but yet this service still covers all of my dependents. On a hard day when I found myself with two sick children and wanting to avoid an in office visit- the telehealth option with a medical provider was incredible and I was able to get the care I needed for my child. This saved time, money, and stress!

Love the App and the Service

In full transparency my husband works for the company. However, the app and the service have been so easy to use, helpful, and saved me a ton of time. We have used it for several telemedicine visits saving on time and money for doctors visits. I’ve used their medical billing review with fantastic results. I’ve used the insurance info lookup, the docto recommendations (and they even scheduled the appointment for me!). Just about every feature of this app I have used and been very satisfied with. I can’t recommend HealthJoy enough!

Tele doctor a waste of my time

Tele doctor reviewed my emergency room diagnosis along with some other past medical history documentation and suggested to me that the ER doctor missed putting me on the steroid and the painkiller along with the antiviral for shingles. I’ve been in extreme pain and utterly exhausted even after consuming 1000 mg per day of caffeine. The app does not even offer my insurance ID card but it provides all of the other plan information to the point where I could quote you the cost for a specific procedure but again no ID cards. Huge shortfall for any client or human resources department. The Tele doctor told me to go to an urgent care and get a prescription for a steroid and a shingles specific painkiller but none of that information saves to the completed doctor call task on the app. The urgent cares think I’m crazy and begging for pain meds thanks for making me look like a moron and junkie.

Thanks everyone at HealthJoy

As someone who just moved to US 4 years back it is still so difficult for me to navigate through my health requirements here. From knowing which provider accepts my insurance to knowing who are the best providers in my area to so much more. I really like how easy HealthJoy makes all these things and with less than 5 mins of effort I can tell then my requirements and within 24hr (and sometimes even faster) I get all the information I need to go ahead and setup my appointment. Timer saver, and no-hassle experience.

HealthJoy App, A++

The HealthJoy App has made accessing my employer provided benefits so much easier. All of my benefits are listed and accessible via the HealthJoy app, and there are tons of additional solutions that I have access to via the HealthJoy app such as an EAP, a MSK solution, a rewards program, and more — all of which my employer offers to me at no cost, as part of our benefits package. Highly recommend HealthJoy for driving engagement in current benefit programs, guiding members to the right care, and saving members money at the place of care both virtually, and in person.

Great app for introverts

Quick responses, real people, 24/7 support (as far as I can tell). I love that I don’t have to call anyone, this is the next best thing to having mom make my appointments for me. They have my insurance information on file so they don’t have to ask me a bunch of questions that I can never remember the answers to. Since there’s always someone available at any time of day, I can just open HealthJoy in the middle of the night when I suddenly remember that I need a doctor/dentist/etc appointment, tell them what I need and they’ll make the appointment for me the following day. Also, I can always ask them if I’m covered for something specific first and they’ll research and let me know. It’s great!

Incredibly helpful

Son is away at college and playing football and had a miserably sinus infection. On a Sunday after about 7 days he finally called his trainers who said they could have him see a doctor on Monday morning for a prescription. Instead I was able to get a telemedicine visit with HealthJoy in 10 mins and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic to a pharmacy open 24-hours and this morning he called and said he feels 100% better! Thank you thank you thank you HealthJoy and Doctor!!!!

I love HealthJoy

This app has brought so much convenience to my life, and saved me so much time and stress. I’m so grateful that it’s provided by my employer. The service saves money on medical stuff because there are many instances when you can use their telemedicine service instead of going to a doctor in person, and it has saved me personally a lot of money. They’ve also helped me find new in-network providers that can take new patients on short notice. This kind of thing literally saves me hours of my life that I would’ve spent on the phone. There’s so much frustration dealing with doctors and health insurance, and HealthJoy makes it all easier.

Great app

I needed this app a long time ago. I have been able to get prescriptions refilled when my doctor went on vacation, medication for a sinus infection and a UTI. No one wants to wait a day to get an appointment and then drive to wait an hour to see a doctor for them to tell you what you already know- that you have a sinus infection or UTI. Then drive to the pharmacy to wait on them to give you the medication. Healthjoy had a PA call me, talked through my symptoms and called in a prescription to my pharmacy- all while I was at home! Took 1 hour total from the time I logged into the app until my pharmacy texted me they received my prescription!!!! I only want to use HealthJoy for now on.

So thankful for this app

We were away for the July 4 holiday weekend and I had some sinus drainage causing my throat to hurt but chalked it up to not having taken my allergy meds for a few days. I tried to shrug it off, but finally knew it had most likely developed into tonsillitis. I reached out via the app at 4:20 am on a Saturday morning and had a call back in 15 mins and a Rx ready by 9:30 am! Once I had the medicine kick in by that afternoon I was feeling much better. Thanks HealthJoy!
