I love HealthJoy!
Insurance is overwhelming and most of the time I don’t even know what questions to ask, let alone where to go to find them. The chat feature is so helpful! I can ask anything and they will reach out to my insurance and get the answers I need. It also schedules my appointments and helps me find in network doctors. It’s also very handy to have all the insurance cards there in one place. One thing that would be helpful would be to see the back of the insurance card. The pharmacist was asking for some info on the back of my insurance card and I wasn’t able to see it.

Complete Joy
Where has this app been my whole life?! This is genius. Each feature is very user friendly. Love the ability to use TeleMed and speak to a doctor as soon as possible at my convenience. Having Joy find providers for me saves time, stress and a lot of research. Very helpful to have all insurance information at my fingertips. I tell anyone who will listen about HealthJoy. Bee Sting
I’m a nurse and I swore I had a hand cellulitis from a bee sting. I thought I might need to go to an urgent care or ER. After speaking with the doctor for a few minutes he reassured me that it was only an inflammatory reaction based on my symptoms and his own experience with insect bites/stings. No antibiotics needed. I really appreciate that he took the time explaining this to me. I followed his advice and my hand was significantly better and on the mend after 10 hours of starting my meds. Thank you very much.

Quick and easy
I received my prescription within about 20 minutes. The doctor I talked to over the phone was very nice and was very helpful. So much better than going into the doctor for sure. Obviously they don't do any tests because it's over the phone so going to the doctor would probably be a better option but if you don't have a time this is an incredible option.

So Simple and User Friendly
First time using this app and I spoke with a concierge regarding some specific medical need our whole family needs right now and worked with Andrea who was so very courteous!
I also used their bot, Joy, to find some other specialists my daughters need for their unique medical needs. Before, when finding a specialist, I researched each one by one myself before making appointments to see their reviews and whatever else info I could find to help me feel I found the appropriate provider. Now, HealthJoy does this all for me by not only looking at providers’ reviews but their proximity to where I live, hospital affiliation, and checking to see if they are in-network as well and even offers to make appointments for me! This makes it so nice for a busy full-time working and full-time homemaker mama!

Very easy to use and extremely helpful.
My employer recently switched insurance companies which led to Health Joy being recommended. I was skeptical at first but they are incredibly helpful. I have been able to find 2 in-network providers, at a low cost, all within 5 minutes of chatting with a representative. They will schedule the appointments for you and tell you up front costs. I have been very pleased with this app. Thanks to them making everything so seamless I have seen an eye doctor and dentist for the first time in 5+ years!

AMAZING
My job encouraged us to have this application on our phones, (paid benefits) they mentioned all these good things about this app. So I said “what the heck I have nothing to loose” got the app telling myself “I wont have no use for it” but best believe I bit my tongue on that one! Any little thing I’ve got going on (anxiety/depression/pain/concerns) I can chat with a live 24/7 representative. Certified doctors are able to speak with you and hear what you currently have going on and find a solution. By far I’ve had nothing but great experiences! MUST HAVE APP!!

Love this app
I’m not sure how this is free, maybe it’s not and it’s included in my insurance package, but it’s the best app. They will find me providers close by in network so I never need to worry about getting extra expenses by going out of network. They find high quality doctors and get back to you with information very fast.
If you need info right away this app is not for you, it can take a day or so to get your answers but it’s perfect if your not in a rush and don’t want to spend the time to find doctors your self.

Untapped and amazing
Was encouraged by my human resource department to start using the app. I was hesitant at first because past health apps were not very helpful. This one is a game changer. That only do they help you find better prices on your prescriptions they find the nearest doctor within your network to help you make an appointment. I cannot say enough good about them. If you haven’t downloaded this app yet listen to your human resource department and get it done

Game changing app
I’m young and don’t know anything about my insurance, I pretty much have it Incase I get hurt or I develop a health issue. I actually used it for the first time and chatted a real person who asked what I was looking for, any specific criteria and special conditions I may have. They only look at people that fit your plan and best quality, they give you an estimate for cost and even help schedule the appointment if needed. It’s so nice letting people who know all the insurance stuff take over and I can just go to my appointment and not worry about anything!
