    I've only used this app three times but absolutely no issues at all. Even with complicated orders and substitutions and large orders, still no problems. The app is very easy to use and food is ready when I arrive. It would be nice if I could drive thru and tell them I have an app order and pick it up at the window, maybe they will start doing that in the future? Also there needs to be an area to put in comments or allergies, hopefully the next version will have that (important) feature. Overall a very easy and fast way to order up your favorite Portillo's grub!

  • Pointless

    I wasted my time with this app. The app itself was great. Easy to use. Self explanatory. BUT it doesn't do any good to order ahead of time if you still have to wait in line!!! It took twice as long instead. You have to take your time to put in your order, sign up, enter your payment information, etc... If you're going to have an app like this, make a separate line for online pickup orders. Going into the drive thru line the same way and waiting with the same time as all the other drive thru customers completely defeated the purpose of this app. I actually ended up waiting longer than usual I'm wasting my time ordering the food. It would have just been faster to go through the drive-through. I ordered at 12:50. My pick up time was 1:11. I didn't get my food until almost 1:30. Ridiculous. And the staff wasn't too friendly either. For the first time ever, I'm incredibly disappointed with portillos. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  • Easy to Order App, Result was a Disaster

    I was excited to use the new app to order ahead and help eliminate wait time at Portillo's. We opted for a "pick up" at a later time via "drive thru". However, the wait time turned out to be the same as if we did not order ahead due to not having a distinguished line made for "online order pick up". Moreover, the food turned out cold by the time it was picked up because it was prepped so far in advance. In addition, the bags received were missing a whole list of foods that were on the order. When I called in to request for adjustments, the person on the phone had agreed to adjust and fix our order. Disappointedly, items brought back turned out to be false of the agreed adjustment made. I am disappointed and will not use the app in the future.
