  • Robbery

When you have the tools to help people but make it so inaccessible for people who really need it; you contribute to the problem. So thanks for dangling the hope of getting help in front of me for me to learn once again because I’m poor I will be left to the crows.
  • You will NOT be able to cancel subscription

I’ve been trying to get someone from this company to cancel my subscription for months. Each time they tell me to go to my subscriptions on my phone. It doesn’t give me to option to unsubscribe there & they are basically like “oh well”. Customer service is non existent. Buy beware.
  • Useful app but needs monthly option back

Your previous $14.99month was more accessible than 11.99/week I really liked your app but don’t think there is enough content for me to need a whole year at once and a week subscription doesn’t seem long enough.

The way I used this app was to support me when I was having an extra difficult time.

I bought the app for 2 months and was going to use again for another month when I needed it again. It would be great if you can consider bringing it back.

  • Wow!

I have tried for years to stop my brain from thinking about negative things but this ACTUALLY works!!! 4 days and I feel significantly better!
  • Good

    Good job
  • Nice

I just wish there was a little more variety of therapeutic activity but otherwise nice app. It is helping somewhat.
  • 1000 percent Recommend

10/10 recommend this to anyone. I think everyone could find this helpful in their lives. Also, I struggle with the following, depression, anxiety, bpd, autism, adhd, compulsive reasoning, circular thinking and not being able to stop until I have a specific feeling in order to move on, obsessive thinking, catastrophic thinking, magical thinking, (if I take the same routes to my daily destination and avoid the potholes, then i will be safe from a car accident), etc if any of these sound remotely relatable, then this app is for you.
Will not regret the money spent. It’s about the same price as one and a half therapy sessions. . .
It saved my life/sanity and helps me ground from my cognitive dissonance.

  • Happy with it.

Does what it’s supposed to do.
  • Mostly great!

I definitely find this app helpful and will continue to use it. It has helped me learn to tolerate, sort, and categorize my thoughts so that I can better assess if they’re worth focusing on or if I can just let them go. I do wish there was a way to skip modules if I don’t find them relevant to me; often I’m asked if a module is relevant at the beginning of the module, and if I say no, I still have to complete the module to move forward. I also wish I could practice the waves breathing exercise more often, but I don’t see a way to do that unless it shows up in my module for the day.

  • Not Satisfied

I have a few self help apps such as bloom and calm but I decided to try this one as it has a 7 day trial. I used it once and didn’t enjoy the formatting as it was a bit slow and the graphics/text bubbles felt outdated. I however forgot to unsubscribe and was charged for a full year costing me $117. I emailed the company the day the payment went through to let them know I was more than happy to pay for one week but will not be using it and would like a refund of the remaining balance. This was over a month ago now with no response and no other way to contact them.
