Very happy with this app
I have been using this app since it was available. Fortunately I have never had any issues as described by others on my Apple apps. I use the app on a iPad Pro 2017 hardware and an iPhone X
I also access the normal online access one on my pc win10 version. That one I have run into issues frequently with (acct does not exist &wrong password). Nearly to the point that I rarely use the windows version.Show lessButterfli2933

Recently purchased an iPhone Xr a couple months ago and every time I opened the app it would immediately shutdown. This latest version resolves all those issues, at least for me. Nice work.mjsm60
Careless Implementation
Why bother making an app that fails to function like the web site interface? Too many instances where the app wouldn’t complete a command (indicating a server error or restriction), but the same command executed via the web site without issue. This app was carelessly implemented and lazily QA’ed. UCHealth, you’re getting ripped off by the developers you paid for this app.Show lessSEPKeyboardist
Upgrade fail
This used to be the best app. Unfortunately the last few weeks the app will not launch. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted and nothing gets it to work. Have to login online in order to see account. Please update and fix!Tsterkel

I have used this app for a few years and while everything was great until recently when I have to log on with a computer to see test results. Strangely though my husband doesn’t - for exact same test too. 🤨Grewe03aa
Website is great, App won’t load
Nice interface on the website but app won’t load on my iPhone X. It starts to load and then closes right after displaying the login page.BAT-Sr
Appointments disappear
Seems like every time you do update something stops working. Do you know what you are doing to people who depend on this app for their schedules? It keeps deleting upcoming appointments and u an NOT happy. And I don't want your canned answer that you are 'sorry the app is not working for you'. If it isn't dependable get someone who knows how to fix it!Show lessTslagi
Can’t pay bill
It’s great for my medical info, but I cannot seem to be able to pay my bill through it. Today it kept telling me my CCV was invalid. Went to the website and it worked fine. Also, what is the point of having an account if I can’t store CC info for easy bill pay? UCHealth, I’m just trying to give you my money, why don’t you want it???Show lessJsoeihbfnkkshdbb
Awesome app.
This app is awesome. very easy to understand. There is one thing that I think make this APP even more useful. Under the medication have a link to the information, about that medication. :)Moma’Tec
