  • Doesn’t work on my iOS

    I enter my id and password and it accepts it, but never takes me passed the login screen. I’ve reset my password and reloaded the app to my phone with no progress. No error message and nowhere to go for assistance.

    9/5/24 UPDATE: I reached out to the support team via the phone number provided in response to my review. The issue was unable to be resolved. They escalated the issue to “the tech team” and I’m yet to hear back from anyone.

  • Patient unable to edit

    Our internist practice dropped this app-portal due to problems and switched to another. However, my old data and provider information is still in this and I can’t edit anything. The app tells me the data is in the incorrect format. I added the app back again as our podiatrist office is now using it and I can’t communicate with them due to obvious flaws about not editing and prior usage. Bug fixes may have been done in the interim it was not on my iPhone, but it is unusable as it is.

  • Good app, bad billing

    I appreciate the convenience the app provides with appointments and digital invoicing and payment. I don’t like that I still get a paper bill and my doctors office tried to get them to turn that off, but couldn’t get anyone competent on the line to do that for me.

  • First appointment with Allison

    Shout to Mitchell medical center. Went for my first appointment today. Super clean , extremely friendly and I was in and out! My new PA Allison was very nice and  thorough and answered any questioned I had. I was very pleased today and no disappointment since I’m picky. My medical assistant was brand new and I didn’t catch his name. But I do know he was a medic in the service previous and he was super nice and awesome at drawing blood and I’m a tough draw. With that said. Also thank you for yours service

  • Visit Summary

    I have placed a tech support ticket multiple times. I am not able to see any of my visit summary’s. I have tried from my iPhone and from my Windows 11 laptop (edge and chrome). The errors are different between the two operating systems, but the results are the same. It’s frustrating that you can’t see the doctors notes or recommendations. I understand that the data should be encrypted, but I have other medical apps that work just fine. This app needs more work!

  • Users friendly

    The two rating was given for a few reasons.

    1. The font color being light blue is very difficult to read with the white background or a blue background.
    2. Difficulties when sending a message, upon completing my message after using the send button, I received a message saying that I didn’t have the form completed. I did in fact have it completed and eventually it was sent.

  • Version 1.8.5 Is Trash

    Version 1.8.5 will not open on iPhone or iPad. I tried deleting the app and using three different browsers - nothing worked. The website refuses to open on the mobile devices and forces you to use the app that won't open.
    Then I tried two browsers on the MacBook Pro laptop and that didn't work either.
    So, I couldn't do the pre-registration for my next doctor appointment.

  • Terrible app

    My new Dr forces us to use this app for new pt paperwork. So I downloaded it a week before my appointment as my rheumatologist requires a ton of health history. App doesn’t work. Tech support has no idea how to fix the issue. So if I want to keep my appointment that took months to book, I have to take more time off of work to go to the practice an hour before my app to complete the paperwork in office. Supposedly this is affecting about 25% of their users is what tech support said, and yet it’s been days and no solution. Super frustrating, a massive waste of time, and seemingly no one cares about the problem enough to provide a solution. Doctors-please just use a better EHR and don’t force this hassle onto your patients.

  • If only I could give negative stars

    I’m not sure if this problem is solely for iPhone users, but this app is absolutely useless. No matter how much I update or attempt to, the app still says it is not up-to-date. It won’t connect TeleMed even after giving full permission to camera and microphone, saying that it’s blocked by my browser. Full access was given! The only active function on this app that works 100% is the calendar to add/confirm or deny appointments. It’s quite possible it is not functioning properly with the latest updates from Apple. I’m not really sure as I am not a programmer.

  • Each Time I Use There’s a Different Problem

    First I had issues logging in due to an old provider not cleared from my account. It took a couple weeks to fix that. No ability to cancel mg appointment through app. Now it says I need to update, but there’s no way to update!!! Ugh. Hours spent trying to get things sorted out. Hate that my doctor uses this app for ‘convenience’. It’s by far the most inconvenient app! Hopefully new problems can be sorted out soon!
