  • why Apple allowed this app to exist

    I am still surprised to see why Apple allowed this app to exist in the Apple store. If anything were to be blamed, I would blame Apple first, because of them I downloaded it and was frustrated. Spoke to the breeze support guy and opened a ticket. No information after that. I am able to login then all tabs are empty. Then I tap on my profile and it throws an error saying “Failure The data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. The funniest part is every time I go for a doctor's visit, they tell me that I can schedule, pay, and do other things using this app. Really next time I will tell them I paid my copay using this pay and see how they are going to figure it out. This doesn’t deserve even one star.

    It’s ok, but of limited utility. The app can
    Send a message
    Send you a Bill
    Schedule appointments
    Keep track of your meds and test results

    Whoopie!
    I can send a message by phone, email, or text. I can get a bill automatically or by mail. Why would I want an app that sells my personal information to keep track of my meds and test results??????

    I wish my doctor would stop using it to track my medications.

  • Billing information

    I was under the impression I could get my billing information through the app, but I guess the office didn’t set it up like that. Can someone please give me information on how to obtain what I’ve paid for the year?
  • Works, but user must enable very small fonts

    The app works fine - except that if you use the accessibility setting in IOS so you can see better, the pages do not load completely & text will be layered on top of other text. You must reset font size under Accessibility to a very small font. I have no idea if I actually completed the check in correctly because of this.

  • No info-saving?

    Very frustrating. Filled information out for 20 minutes, paused to take a phone call on another phone, and all of my information disappeared. Not interested in starting from scratch.

    I used to be able to make appointments, select a location, view payment and billing information… not anymore. I only have the app so I can see appointment history.
  • Updated the app and it’s somehow even buggier than before.

    The messaging feature (admittedly the only one I ever use) works about 50% of the time. I have no idea why this would be such a difficult issue for the developers to solve. Tons and tons of apps have messaging clients.
  • Requesting appointment

    I have been trying to request an appointment on here and everytime I pick the provider and everything they want to request an appointment when I push the schedule button it closes out!
  • Easy to use!

    So great to see appointments, bills, and other information all in one place. I’m a fan.
  • App is awful

    I was told I can make my 20 dollar copay on the app, this is not the case nor record on the app of anything owed or payments made even though there is a specific button to push for just that. There is no way to message providers even though I was told at a appointment that you could. Also no one ever answers the phone, it’s a blanket voicemail that says they will call back which is a coin toss if they will. I don’t have complaints about the service or the care given, it this app is awful.
