Unable to schedule appointments
The app worked great at first but recently I’m unable to set appointments as no options are available for provider, appointment type, etc

Scheduling appointments
Why would you have a system that does not show you only times and dates that are not available?? Why only the current week is shown. It’s a big waste of time.

Most horrible app
I’d give it zero stars if I could. It has not been working properly for me for three months and every time I call, it’s a mess. Nothing has gotten resolved. I can’t see anything, not appointments, messages, history, providers. I wish my doctor never switched to this service.

Hard to Use and Impossible to Fix Errors
The app froze when I was trying to update my allergy information and vaccination history when I tried to use Pre-Register for an upcoming appointment. Now it says I completed the Pre-Registration process and I cannot even see what got saved. I hope my doctor doesn’t expect the information to be accurate. Next time, I will delete everything - better to have it empty than have wrong data.
In addition, it will not open on my iPad, but at least it opens on the iPhone. This app is not very user friendly.

Crashing, loading, difficult interface
I’m glad I don’t ha e to use this app anymore. As I’m typing this, I can’t see anything I’m typing as the text color is white I guess? I had to use this for a doctor’s office and I have had tons of issues using it. From crashing to weird errors like text color, inability process payments and more, I am so glad I don’t have to use it anymore. Often I would call my office to manually do payments because it was such a pain, I really think this app needs some TLC since normally I don’t have any issues with tons of others apps. Please work on this for others...

Can’t sign up
Trying to sign up. Created a password. App won’t accept it. Clicked forgot password to reset. Sends me a link to LOG IN. Not to reset password. Reset, repeat. Stupid app. There’s a million others. Wish my doc had picked something else.

Cool app but
I enjoy the app very straight forward and direct. Please get apple pay. I don’t feel comfortable typing my card information into your system.
