  • Working for me

I have always hated running and hence have never been very fit. After downloading this app I have actually been running 3 times a week. It really starts off nice and easy. I like to listen to audio books while I’m doing the workouts.
  • Return To Running

I have been running off and on (more off than on) for years. Running with a puppy is not always easy, and the ability to pause my run to attend to her needs is very helpful. The countdown and notifications during each walk/run segment makes each run easier. It’s helpful to have an overview of each run prior to starting my run, and my endurance builds with each session, which increases my confidence to run a 5K and beyond. The statistics reflects the progress being made during each run, along with overall progress. I highly recommend this app for anyone interested in becoming (or returning as) a runner.

  • Love it

I have been using this app off and on for the last year and I love how I can stop and stay on a certain day for longer periods to get used the pace. I have not been running everyday which is why going back a certain training is great. I love how It beeps to warn me the amount of time that is left on a workout...
I’ve recommended it to many of friends and they also love it too.

The app is very simple to use. Has different running workouts unlocked at the start. You can start with level 1 which keeps getting more intense every passing day so it is a good way to work your way up to level 3. You get notified for every change and every min and half way through so you don’t need to check your phone while using the app. All in all a great combo running app and you can also unlock freestyle running.

  • Good for beginners

I’ve always hated running but I just had a baby & running seemed like the easiest way to get a full body workout in limited time. This app makes it easy for someone like me who is just starting to run not to over do it but at the same time make progress. I really like it so far

This app is great for a beginner like me. The walk/run feature definitely makes it easier. Being able to hear the instructions with my screen off and my music on means I dont have to look at the screen for the whole workout. I haven’t figured out yet how to redo a workout yet but maybe I’m missing something.

  • Simple and straight forward

I was looking for a simple, straight forward app to help me get back into a running program. It is doing just that. Downside is it is only designed for outdoor running though and I have been doing all my running on the treadmill so it does not accurately calculate my pace or distance. I like that it gives you prompts for when to run/walk so I can listen to my music and not have to be looking at the timer to know when to start running/walking again. I do wish the voice prompt was a little louder.

  • Amazing!!!

I used to always put on going on a run because even though I’m slim, I am so unhealthy. My stamina is appalling. When starting this I thought I was going to hate it but I don’t. The first one or two runs was a push but as soon as I went on my third I realised how much my stamina has gone up already. I really recommend this app and it has worked brilliantly for me. Please don’t doubt yourself and give it a go. You will like it!

  • Great app simple to use

Am getting on really well with the free version of the app. The only couple of things that would make it better would be the ability to go back and repeat a run if he next one seems to daunting which doesn’t seem to be an option on the free version anyway. Also I find it hard to hear he voice prompts when I have music on and traffic passes, it could do with muting your music for a few seconds so you can hear the instructions. Having said that, it might be a feature in the paid version?
Otherwise I’m finding it really easy to use
