  • Good stuff

    I wanted to get back into running (annoyingly starting from scratch after 10 months off) so using couch to 5k.
    I didn’t want to be doing the timing myself and clock watching as I ran and I also wanted to be able to play my own music along with the programme.
    This allows just that.
    There are a number of apps that have pre programmed music that I don’t like and also has someone talking you through EVERYTHING. This doesn’t it just times run / walk counts you in and out.

  • Amazing !

    I’m a potato. An absolute potato. This app allowed me to move just that little more ! I have started the very beginner level, it’s challenging to run for 2 mins now but it will get better day to day! I would like to see some prompts during the training such as “keep going” “nearly there” and so on. Many thanks !

  • Tough going

    I am no runner but thought I would try something new & I actually quite like the idea of running. I spoke to a few friends who had taken part in the couch to 5k & they had said it jumps from 8 mins running to 20 mins running & I thought that would be to tough for me so found the start running app & read the reviews.
    Although I am finding it hard I am giving it a go & enjoying it to some extent!!

  • Great App

    I really enjoy this app. It lets me know when to run and when to walk. The greatest thing I appreciate are the markers (beeps) as it alerts you when to start/stop and if running longer than a minute how much longer you have left. It makes running a lot easier so I don’t have to check my phone or anything like that.

    Found the app really easy to use and almost finished week 2 and feeling motivated to get to my goal of 20 minutes of running.

    This app is great for beginner runners it is gradual it is simple and to the point One thing that will take it out the roof for me would be adding a metronome that could help me with my pacing I don’t know how fast I should be going are usually start off fast and then gradually get slower LOL. And I hate having three different apps running my metronome app this app and my music app. But making it work anyway Fantastic app

  • Brilliant

    This running app has been fantastic. Used to run marathons but had a tumble and injured my knee pretty badly. Have not run in a few years and this was perfect to get back up to fitness. Would recommend this to anyone.
  • Got Me Going

    I have never been a runner and this is my favorite fitness app. If you stick with the program it really works. I took less rest time between sessions than suggested and challenged myself through different terrains. I like you you can make your own interval course as well. I surprised myself with my results. Have shared it with friends and 100% recommend.

  • Perfect run trainer

    Almost every running training app i’ve used is so overly complicated and difficult to use. this one is perfect: simple interface, clear explanations, and a great program for someone getting back into running. cannot recommend enough!

    I’ve enjoyed using this app to beginning running. It’s nice to be able to both hear my time and be able to listen to music. It has helped me on my fitness journey and overall I have recommended this app to many people from my success through it.
