  • Great app!

    I love this app. For a free app its great. The timers are loud enough to hear when running so you to know when to stop and I like that the app that has a built in beginnger plan with a managable workout time. One thing I would say is it would be better if the levels progressed more gradually. The plan starts with level 1 running for 1 minute intervals for four weeks and then abruptly switches to 4-8 minute running intervals in level 2.

  • Great for beginners

    This app is absolutely wonderful for beginners. It’s so easy to use and no difficulties at all. It’s the first app that you get to use for more than three days before buying the full version. I don’t want to buy something unless I know I’ll keep up with it. Can’t find a better app for beginner runners than this one.

  • Best running app I’ve tried yet

    Doesn’t interfere with podcasts/music - transitions are really good. Exactly what I was after in a running app. Really enjoying it!
  • Getting back to running

    After not running for 3 month, and having surgery in March. I found this app, and it is helping me get back to my running with the walk/run method. I am feeling more confident with my runs. I am making sure to take my rest days when the app says to.
  • Great for starters

    I haven’t ran in ten years, and this app knows how to work you back into running. I love that I can play the music in the background as well. The only problem I have is when my phone screen is locked it seems to pause the time. (Probably something todo with my phone and not the app)

    Perfect app for someone with a busy work schedule and who is just starting to run. The app has a simple but effective design and program. No need to think much, just click and run!! It’s really satisfying to complete each day.
  • Great motivator

    This app was perfect for me coming back from a serious knee injury. I got out of shape quick with my knee injury. When recovering I felt so discouraged not being able to run for very long. This app gave goals I felt happy achieving to get back into the shape I want to be in. Not an app for serious runners. But for those trying to get into shape this gives good progression to get to your goals.

  • Minute intervals are perfect!!

    I love the way I. An play my music choices and then have the prompts come through. The minute markers are great because if I want a speed interval I just follow those. Let's face it, my speed intervals are others running warm up but I am running my own race. Love this app!
  • Best beginner running app

    I have not been a fan of running for the longest time, but recently I have set myself the goal of doing it more. This app makes it easy because you don’t actually realise how far you have ran because it is broken up.
