  • Great App for Beginning Runners

    I love the simplicity and the progression of the walk-run schedule. I have been using the app for almost two weeks and have already experienced success with my ability to run for longer times and distances. I wholeheartedly recommend this app.
  • Simplicity

    Sometimes, simplicity is the best option. This is the same program I formulated for myself back in the day when I trained for a half marathon before smart phones and apps were a thing. I love this app and the ease in accountability it provides.
  • Easy app to start running

    I’m trying to get back in shape and get my endurance up so I can run track and field for my high school team. I haven’t run in a couple of years and this app is great for getting back in the game! Simple and easy to use. I particularly love the feature where a voice tells you how many minutes you have left in your run/walk. Great workouts as well, they are challenging enough to make you feel productive afterword. But easy for everyone to accomplish if you are motivated. Great app!

  • Something I thought I could never do

    As a middle-age woman with stress incontinence, a semi-recent fracture to my foot (two years ago), poor self-discipline, and having had a life long struggle with asthma, I have always believed I could never run. Emerging from the pandemic, however, and after a long period of inactivity wherein I gained a significant amount of weight, I needed something to supplement my dieting. This has been such a godsend! It’s simple. It’s just running, but it starts out with intervals I can actually complete. I have more energy, I’m losing weight and shedding fat, and my core strength is getting better every day. After three weeks, I’m no longer peeing when I run. And I’m DOING IT!!! This is such a confidence boost!!! I chose to write the review rather than paying for the full version, but I’ll probably pay anyway. It’s become such an essential part of my self care routine, that it’s totally worth the money.

    I love this app. It’s helped me ease into a workout I used to absolutely hate. I was barely working out before this and avoided cardio but now I actually look forward to running and working out because of this app. So beginner friendly and nonjudgmental.
  • 60 amd finally running/jogging

    I have always wanted to run but never seem to have a way to get started. I always give up before I get anywhere because I push myself too hard. This is a really great way to get the body conditioned to run or jog and get to a place where you are running a distance.
    I’m excited to continue to get to the end and finally do with my body has been asking me to do a long time. Loving this app at 60 years old!!

  • Easing into running

    This app is great for those who want to ease into running. It’s still difficult but makes it doable combining walking time with running time. As you go through the running schedule it slowly increases the time spend running and decreases the walking time. Would 100% recommend!

    Ever since I’ve done track I wasn’t able to run in any of the meets because I was out of shape, and ever since that I made the decision to run so that I can get in shape for when the season comes again, and this app has really helped me run better , I’ve only ran fives times and when I do go out to run I don’t get tired easily, but I want to learn how to run longer and this app will definitely help me get there.

  • The best running app

    I used to run a few years ago and I have tried to get back into it again but failed. I downloaded this app so I had some structure to my runs. It’s brilliant! I have music on and can clearly hear the cue’s for running and walking. The running time steadily go’s up with each workout. I can’t wait to go for my run now. I would 100% recommend this app
