  • Easy to start

    User friendly, this app guides you into running. I’m only on week two but already up to 12 (noncomsecutive) minutes of running and feel great about both my progress so far and my future improvements to come
  • First week good!

    I just started using the ap and love it so far - not really a runner but am looking to bucket list a 5K this fall and this is my ticket in building up to that. Loving the approach and simplicity- I can also stay at a level for a couple of run/walks by not using the app and instead “manually” tracking things.

  • Great app to get moving!

    As a gym bro for several years who could lift their own body weight but couldn’t walk to the shops without being out of breath I decided I needed to get moving. This app is really good in that it gives clear instructions for each section, tracks how far you have covered and can link into Apple fitness.

  • Great start!

    Overall I really like the breakdown from the start, it’s achievable and clear. However I do wish we could skip ahead even 1 or 2 days as my fitness is building a bit quicker than the program.
  • Great alternative to C25k

    Didn’t like the mix of time and distance goals in couch to 5k, and the talking all the way through the session. This app is simple and offers more than 30 min goal, music works absolutely fine whilst running the session, tracks your route and gives you some stats, really great app
  • Can’t recommend this enough!

    I’ve never been a runner but have always wanted to. This app has helped me to make that dream possible for myself! It takes all of the guesswork out is so easy to use, and is very realistic for beginners. Can’t recommend this app enough!!
  • Great for beginners

    I started using this app as a somewhat beginner runner, had some basic running fitness but decided to train up and gain greater fitness. This app has helped develop fitness and motivate me to continue running and easy to use!
  • Apple Watch and music

    I have been wanting to build more endurance with running and I think this app is actually very helpful is helping to so that. I actually really like this app I just have two things that I think need to be added or updated.

    First Apple Watch: even though it will show the time remaining on my Apple Watch I still have to have my phone with me or it doesn’t work which is kinda a bummer when most of my running shorts/ pants to even have pockets.

    Second music: when I tried listening to music while using this is would stop the music when the beep/voice came on, but than would restart the music. Also kinda a bummer.

  • Great app to begin running

    I used to run 10 years ago but haven’t done it since. I’ve now decided it’s time to get back into it so I searched for an app that would help me begin running again. I have found this app to be perfect for a beginner runner & I’m loving running again. I recommend this app to anyone looking at starting running either for the first time or haven’t done it for ages 😄

  • Awesome app

    I recently started running again and wanted to start slowly and with an accountability partner. I use this app for both of those! Very grateful I found this app. I’m 2 weeks in and really enjoy it. I feel empowered when I finished each run! Highly recommend
