  • So easy now!

    It was a bit tough in the beginning, but now this app is awesome - flavors, toppings, pickup, delivery cake ordering and rewards account all managed in my app! So easy!
  • I really wanted it to work

    I drove 30 minutes because I saw that Menchie’s just opened up. I downloaded the app because that’s currently the only way you can order (pickup/curbside). When I logged in I pushed “place a pick up order” and it could not find a single store location to place an order even though I was 20 ft. from one. I even went into settings and it shows I have location services on for Menchie’s. This meant I could not place an order. Oh well. I’ll go somewhere else.

  • Curbside/pick up option is being added!

    Excited to see that a curbside/ pick up option is being added! Another bonus is that I can get notified when my favorite flavors are in 🙌🏻
  • Menchie’s Payment Account

    Charged $25 to my account. After 4 days the charge to my credit card was still pending, so I sent email to Menchies’s via the app. The charge went away, but I never received a response from my email. Won’t use app if payment account not working properly. Same day I made a purchase, did not receive points.

  • Unable to use money I loaded

    I like the app because I can see how many points I have. However, I loaded money into the app months ago, and I still haven’t been able to use it. I contacted the store after the first time and they said it was a training deficiency that they would remedy. The next time I tried to use it at the same location, the employee was clueless as to how I could pay from my app. At this point, I just want my money back.

  • Love it!

    It’s super convenient especially because I was always forgetting my smile age card at home! I love that it allows me to see how many points I have and able to pay with the app!!!
  • App don’t work

    That’s insane!
    They asked you to use the app but nothing happened... I tried several times, and also I spend so much money for nothing ?!?!?! Well, don’t lose your time trying to use this App.
    Ps : You guys from “Menchies “ should do something about this ... why we are asked to use the app if “Don’t work” or you create something if your clientes can not use !?!?! Think about 👍🏼

  • Can’t log in..Don’t Download

    Downloaded the app and used it once to scan my rewards. I decided to add $10 so I could start paying from the app. First attempt to use my app to pay resulted in an error pop up message and the app logging me out. After several attempts to log in I finally left the cash register to retrieve a card from my car to pay for my purchase. After returning home I tried multiple times to log in with no success. I tried forgot password and that when I saw a pop up message saying my email/phone number/ and Menchie’s card were not tied to any account. I tried everything.

    I finally contacted customer service who said they were forwarding a ticket the app team. Still don’t have an answer or fix after a few weeks. I have no way to access the money I loaded on the account. I even tried deleting and downloading the app again, but nothing works.

    My advice, just stick to your physical rewards card if you are going to eat at Menchie's.

  • PAYMENT METHOD UNVIEWABLE

    My Saturday, June 1, 2019 experience at store #8749 in Clifton Park, NY was not a good experience. The app, version 1.0.12, malfunctioned on my Galaxy S8 by not displaying the payment QR icon so that I could pay for my purchase. The app on my phone has funds loaded. However, because of this malfunction I was unable to use this app feature. The frustration and embarrassment caused by this malfunction are inexcusable! My sister thankfully paid for my transaction #1013. I want an answer as well as a full refund.

  • Unfriendly App & Staff Need Serious Work

    It might work better if staff at the stores knew how to use it. They seemed confused with the process of scanning not only for your rewards, but trying to scan it again (usually multiple times) for payment. Apparently, the reward and payment functions are on two separate pages requiring separate scans. This involves you or the clerk resetting your app to a separate page, and clerks handling your phone.

    This mess is translated on a page of “transactions” with multiple indecipherable notations. A bookkeepers nightmare you’re supposed to understand. You never really know how much you were really charged, and I had Accounting in college.

    If you connect your credit card to this mess where you make advance payments, like StarBux, you are risking never getting your money back.

    So far, this app is an abomination. Customer service when contacted is silent and of no help in getting refunds.

    I like the yogurt, but I think I’ll toss the app and go the easy way — just pay at the counter.
