Received After 20 Days
Ordered on 15th Nov 2023 but no updates on delivery then found out after extensive follow ups on emails that apparently the first print didn’t look good and they want to re-make it which is fine but should let customer know at least there’ll be a delay. Okay, disappointed.
Tried a few times on the website to get the layout right, then tried the app. My first order was incorrect after placing and I was able to cancel. After correcting my second order it also was incorrect however thought it was a glitch on their end, it said to contact support. I contacted support and have only received one email back asking me why I contacted (their site asked me to). Have since heard nothing. Product turned up today. For $185ish AU the quality is not great. Photos average at best, hard cover outer is also not going to stand up to much. Overall disappointed unfortunately..Show lessianjoey2222
Quick, Fast, & Excellent Quality
I was beyond pleased when I received my personalized calendar order. The delivery was so quick and I was able to track the package from the app. I love how you are able to add important dates such as anniversary, birthdays, weddings etc. I would definitely purchase in the future again! Love this App
I found Journi while looking for a way to put together a book with pictures from a trip. I really wanted a way to remember it. Journi had lots of options. Love my book so much that I ordered 2024 calendars with family pics. Had one made for myself and each of our kids so we have the same one. Gave them to them over the Thanksgiving weekend. Great app
Easy to use ~ app sorts photos onto pages in a very intuitive way ~ I only had to change a few around due to personal choice which was easy to do. Photo books are not pricey but of course mine hasn’t arrived yet (only takes 12 days) so I can’t comment on final product. But compared to other photo books I’ve made this was a MUCH SIMPLER process. Awesome prints and organisation
I was at my wits end with thousands of photos stored in my phone. Found Journi Print by chance and decided to give it a go as it so easy to just organise your photos in an album first then upload all to Journi Print. It is quick and automatically organised with dates and maps. All I need to do is changing fonts and size if you have a different preference. I printed 5 books at one go! I have been using another Photo Book company for years and had never intended to change but gave Journi a go and it was a great decision.
I have been able to make my book as I travel and each day adding my fave photos. Although I haven’t seen the end result yet, I can attest to the ease of working on this book via my iPhone.

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the product and the ease in creating the photo book. Took less that 5 minutes to design the book and this app provides so many options to create the best final product.
