This company Journi is the worst to deal with!!
I had a horrible time making the book then the preview looked great… but when I got the book they had left out 8 pages and 16 photos. I had a horrible time reaching someone to help me. Then I got email saying to try doing it again they’d give me 50% off. I’m like what???!!! You can’t get it right then expect me to pay to redo it! That’s ZERO customer service!Show lessPosie77

Ordered a small photo book for my granddaughter as a memory of the cruise we went on and it took a little longer than expected to come , I made contact and received a prompt response and follow up and Leon kept me updated and emailed me the expected arrival date . Very much appreciated this as my granddaughter was excited to see her photos . Will recommend and use again in the futureShow lessEDoNA68

The best
Started using Journi 3 years ago to make a memory photo book as a Christmas present. It’s so easy to use, literally takes 15 mins and my favorite part is it automatically adds a location map. Books always arrive on time and are well worth it. Highly, highly recommend the Journi app/ company!basscatchercam
Wrong album

40 th anniversary photo book
I was dreading trying to complete this very large photo book! Journi made it so simple. It probably took me 30 mins to make a 600+ photo book with 149 pages. It automatically put the correct dates, maps and layouts ! I can’t wait to receive it! Oh and a 25% discount!happy!?@&$
No access to shared albums is a major pain point
Please provide a way to use the standard iOS “photo picker” so we can access photos in shared albums!! (Please?) When we get together for a group event, everybody puts their favorite photos into a shared album, and they are all inaccessible with Journi!
I know you have your own “shared photos” solution that you think is sufficient, BUT IT’S NOT. People don’t want to deal with other apps and “special instructions”. It’s enough of a challenge to get folks to add photos to a shared album (which is only a few taps!) Other apps on the App Store do allow access to the built-in shared albums so it’s not a technical limitation.Show lessEddyGeez!
Buyer Beware!! Don’t use this app it’s a hoax
I ordered a photo album from them in late august/early sept and the first attempt at sending apparently they had the wrong address, off by a digit. Then when I corrected it in the system it two several more weeks and said it’d be here by oct 11, went into app to find out what happened and they claim they still have the address wrong and it got resent back. I don’t believe it. If this company wants to keep me as a customer they will rush order this album to me asap. Otherwise I have asked for a refund.Show lessmidlokt
