  • Not working since last update

    Since the last update, this app is not working properly as it did before. When I clicked on a retailer, I get the option to Decline or Allow to Settings option. This is a new function Allow to Settings. When I click that, it takes me to settings and the BA app settings. But no options to click approve or accept!
    I’m having to log in via the website instead of the app.

    Can this be sorted please? I use this app regular and it’s a pain having to log in the website and not the app! Might as well just delete the app. Thanks

  • Rubbish service for Executive Club Members

    I have been trying since March to get 12missing flights added to my Avios account.
    I have spoken to them directly 4 times each time they said to they would add them straightaway but didn’t. I also raised a complaint - that didn’t work and spoke on the CHAT 3 times - again they promised to add the flights but still nothing done. All they say is - we are very busy !! But this has now been going on for almost 3 months.
    I spoke to a customer service agent in Heathrow and she said BA don’t run The Executive Club - she basically said “ good luck but I don’t think you will get anywhere with your issue as they are notoriously very poor.
    I have always been a regular business flyer with BA for the last 15 years but now all my flights are being taken with other airlines.

    Impossible to buy tickets for family when not traveling with them. Shameful substandard user interface compared other major airlines…
  • Entirely too difficult to get anything fixed

    I should have accumulated Avois points another way. Trying to get the Executive Club to merge accounts, update my email address, make sure everything is correct has required me to spend hours online, or waiting on hold, I even spent my own money to FedEx a letter to them to try and get someone to clean up this mess. And I still can’t create a household account because they keep telling me that my email address is being used on another account. No kidding. You merged them together remember? This should not be this difficult.

    Difficult to navigate around and find things such as Add a Booking. Last version of the App was much more user friendly

  • Can’t search non UK flight routes

    If you’re trying to buy an avoid ticket on a partner airline, then app won’t let you search the route! You can’t enter a journey that’s outside the UK. Arrg.
