Worst app and UI
This app is functionless. It doesn’t synch with the account created online (though it saved my credit card, of course) and has no record of purchases, so I have no access to the parking I purchased. Their customer support is also nonexistent - the website says to submit an inquiry if you don’t receive confirmation in 15 minutes and not only did the designated email direct me to a different email address, but it’s now been close to 48 hours without reply. How is this even a functioning business????AlyssaJaime

Cheaper and Easy Parking
I wish I found out about this app years ago. ParkChirp is consistently cheaper than the other Parking apps. I use it everyday to find the cheapest parking near my work.Zshfifbaldnxgk
Doesn’t show parking pass

Couldn’t get back in to get car
Rate was good. Got the QR code to scan to enter garage. It worked fine. But when I was ready to leave and scanned my code to get back into the garage on foot, I got an “Access Denied” message. Had to wait for someone leaving the building and catch the door. Then they looked at me like I was a thief sneaking in. Almost got stranded at night without access to my car. Not acceptable.LCC22

Horrible app and terrible integration with parking facilities. QR codes can't be scan at any facilities. Just crappy design and poor business model.sleahy511

Charged after being one minute late?
I’ve been using this app for months without any problems. Always take a screenshot of your QR code when you book parking because sometimes it’s disappears. The most recent time I used it, I was scanning it to leave and the machine made me pay. I was at the scanner one minute after my time. Super disappointing when I’ve been more than 5 minutes late at other places with absolutely no problem. Most apps allow a grace period!RobbynN003
