I want to love it but….
I want to love this app, I really do. At first it worked perfectly and offered lower rates than other apps for parking near my job, which was a Godsend. But then I started receiving an internal error message and couldn’t book anymore. I’ve tried creating new accounts, trying on other phones, redownloading the app multiple times….nothing has worked. I reached out to customer service (they were nice) but the issue still isn’t fixed, so I’ve had to go back to other, more costly apps that actually work.Roseasweet
Another worthless parking platform for corrupt Chicago
The purpose of this app is to allow people to book parking but it fails to even allow credit card information to be saved to process the transaction. If there were negative stars, it would get 5.unhappy hamlin
A lot of bugs
There are a number of bugs which may cause me to stop using— 1) parking time on pass and e-mail don’t agree. Pass on app is correct, but doesn’t work at garage. 2). Passes with time issues don’t show up on “upcoming reservations “ . App has message pop up “failed to load transactions “. So I am unable to cancel my reservations and get a refund, 3) Garage attendant said to fix problem of app not working download and reinstall. Did that but forgot my password. “Forget password” feature doesn’t work. Gave me an error code 500.
Also sent message through app to let them know about the discrepancy between pass on app and e-mail confirmation. Still waiting to hear back.
Hassles may not be worth the $2 discount.MonstK
Unusable
Buggy, clumsy, not formatted to the iPhone
Font is so large that selection options are off screen. It won’t let me change the date or times. I gave up on entering payment. If this gave me free parking I couldn’t use it. It might work better on a giant desktop but try swiping a desktop computer at the gates.mararats
Faulty app
Better to just use the website to book. This app has so many issues, today it wouldn’t pull up the reservation and apparently had the wrong time setting so I had to go to the website and cancel and rebook.csk0423
I’m so embarrassed…..
I’m so embarrassed for choosing this parking app, it was frustrating and confusing at best. After Setting up the account with my credit card and finding a space right near my home I preceded to check out and pay for the space. The first indicator of a bad purchase of this type is not receiving the required parking pass. The parking pass did not show up in email ever.
The parking attendant at the parking lot never heard of this application and did not recommend that I use it. At that point i requested a refund. I found out from the parking valet the normal rate is $20. This app was charging $21 and never delivered the parking pass. 1 star for the info on where to park!TerenceCummins
Worked Well Until the Update
Used to use them a lot. Worked well until the update. Now I can’t even use it due to “Internal Server Error” every time I try to book parking. Now they are not getting my business. Reached out to get support with no response. What a shame.lil_Dinger
Missed on the Basics
After 5 minutes of using this app it was easy to see that its subpar. Its only use is to keep a record of the parking reservation. And it does a poor job of that as well. My exit parking instructions tell me that I have to press the call button upon exit, read to them a very lonnng transaction ID and the parking ticket number and THAT’s when my reservation will be confirmed and I will be able to leave? No..my reservation should be “confirmed” upon booking! Also…that transaction ID i mentioned?? Yeah…its so long that it doesn’t even fit on the phone screen. So I have to print out the reservation anyway and hope that whatever audio system they’re using can understand what I’m saying so I don’t have to repeat this ridiculously long transaction ID. A QR code reader would be nice. This app makes convenience inconvenient!!Not Buyin' It
Buggy app, almost unusable
Parking rates are good but app is almost unusable. Forgets my saved credit card every day, when you do enter a new card it wipes out other info on the reservation you are trying to make, often gives a sever error message when trying to book. Yesterday it let me into the garage but wouldn’t let me out until I tried a second gate. App was never perfect but after a recent upgrade things got way worse. Because of this app, I have had to pay for parking with cash several times on top of the app itself.thatguymatt123
No longer works
Worked great for 3+ months. Doesn’t work anymore. “Internal server error” and “failed to load facility.” Can only buy parking on desktop site. Submitted 3 reports to customer service and no response. Gonna pay more to park at a different lot where no apps are involved.Maks Proteus
