Horrible!
I’m only giving this app 2 starts because it has good rates. But no point in having good rates if you can’t use the app. Multiple times it wouldn’t select the purchase button...I went to a desktop, it complete freezes....I put in multiple credit cards, it declines them....tells me I have incorrect password when indeed it is the correct one. No matter what, it’s always an issue!!! This app really needs to be corrected!NellDNell
High Levels of Finesse
Dope app, while I was in the city I could whip around in my car across DT without having to break a buck on parking. Got to see the Bears, eat some Deep Dish, and enjoyed Lollapalozza. Thank you to that Travis fellow informed me about the app before I got my rental! Will be using again!ElCapo701

Why use this over the website?
The app works, not great but well, and there’s nothing here to make me want to use the app over the normal web browser. Please please please update the app so that it works with the new iPads and new iPhones. And please make it smoother and more enjoyable and fluid than the website. If this happens I’ll gladly change the rating from 2 to 5 stars.zgramos
