The app has worked maybe ONE time for me out of more than a dozen attempts. All my account info will be good, then when I hit purchase it tells me “internal server error.” Cool?!?!?Minda123
Unusable since latest update
App worked before the latest update. Now, whenever I try to book a spot it says “internal server error” and it doesn’t let me book parking.

Payment System No Longer Working
They allegedly updated (lol) their payment system and now it just gives an “internal server error” whenever you try to buy a pass. My job has a special deal with them and the parking garage where I work so I can’t just use another app though I will say I’ll bypass this GARBAGE app altogether and park elsewhere if I have to. I had to pull a ticket and hope for early bird pricing today because these people decided to screw over their customer base. If your system is so weak that it can’t take an update without ruining your customers’ experience, your system is trash. Thanks for nothing!Fontero08

Parking is More Expensive with ParkChirp
I used this app last weekend to park at a public garage. The sign on the garage said “Weekend Rate: $6 for up to 12 hours”. I parked there for 3.5 hours. My total charge with ParkChirp was $16. Had I not used ParkChirp and just driven up and paid directly at the garage I would have paid $6. Do not use this service. I’m not sure it’s actually a scam, but if it isn’t, it’s a terrible service that costs more than the actual garage rates.PMCBobbyB
Don’t even bother
I used the app to pre purchase a parking spot for an event I was going to. Paid $6. Followed the instructions for how to redeem upon exiting, however, the machine did not do anything when I pressed the call button. There was no way for me to input my pre purchased pass so I ended up having to pay another $25 on top of the $6.
I tried to contact support thru the app….no response. Went to the website and submitted a ticket via email….no response.
They pretty much took my $6 and my $25 on top of that. Waste of time and money. Do not bother using this app as they will not get in touch with you if you have any issues.def4u1t
