So far so good
My building switched to Caleco a few monthes ago and thus far it’s been great! The app is so convenient, easy to load money and monitor how much time is left on your cycles. The only feature I would LOVE but my building I guess didn’t not include is a room status. In a big apt building, it would be nice to be able to see how many washers and dryers are available before going down.Show lessStyleSeat-Studio 715
Terrible App, Terrible Service
Can’t submit service requests through “Request Service” or “Give Feedback”, there’s always an error. Must go to “Help” then "Contact Us”. No acknowledgement that contact was made, so no idea if they received the contact or if they only finally showed up because their machine wasn’t stealing money for them. 3 weeks before they came to service the washer and also no refund. Had to dry my clothes twice because the washing machine didn’t drain all of the water and my clothes were still soaked when the cycle finished. Update: amazing, they fixed the washing machine and it seems someone had recently broken the catch for the dryer so the door won’t shut. Not even going to bother with the service request rigmarole. Very convenient and affordable
The service is easy to use as well as when we have issues with the machines easy to contact them. The response take less than a week. I love using this app for washing my family laundry as the laundry mat near buy is 4 to 9 dollars to wash and about 5 to 7 dollars to dry your close as using this app and the company charges 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars dry.Show lessKrazymari3
Caleco at Lancaster Theological Seminary
The Caleco app makes it possible for me to monitor my laundry while I do my graduate studies in the library or at my desk. It beats hauling several pounds of quarters around with me and sitting in the laundry trying to concentrate on my studies, as I did for my first degree! Love Love LOVE this laundry svc company. Kind, patient & always professional are the team members when I’ve called for service or a refund if needed on a machine which may be acting wonky. The team here too is always prompt in returning calls same day or next business day and always promptly services their machines when needed. Josh is the best here too in IT/Service department and as I said, especially patient with my “old school” self who’s not as familiar with any needed basic tech issues on my end (via their phone app.) Lol No wonder they’re ranked so high in the Delaware Valley! The CALECO Laundry App
Works properly the first five months I’ve been in my rental unit. No issues—it’s another thing to Not worry about when moving. Whew..
Of course we had in-unit w/dryer before this, so at $1.75 per load (3.50 ea. wash & dry) twice a week Mon/Fri that’s about an additional $30 month (28 to be exact), there’s that.
Laundry works fine.
Moving to P-A from NE to be closer to our descendants in retirement, our rent went up $100/month, space decreased from 2 bed/2 bath to 1 bed/1 bath, 730 sq. ft.
The upside is seeing our wonderful daughter & son-in-law, taking our granddaughter to school once in a while, or seeing her graduate from 1st Grade. It’s fantastic!

Will still take your money.
This app has took my money so many times and it’s hard to contact customer service. I contacted them months ago about the issue and no one ever got back to me. I have used this app to wash and dry clothes but sometimes it’ll take my money even when the machine doesn’t start for some reason. This has happened atleast 5 times and they have only gave me a refund for the very first time which took atleast a month or so to get back smh. Yea it’s better then having to deal with quarters but it can and will still take your money. I do not like anything that take my money and don’t refund me…So I would just say they need to do better with refunds and customer service!!!Show lessMayTruthBeTold
Ease of Use
CALECO app is the easiest, most convenient way to pay for laundry! I especially like the pop up reminders when the washers & dryers have finished their cycles… no reason to have laundry hanging around a busy laundry room! The auto refill makes having ‘money’ available super convenient! Can’t imagine ever going back to quarters!!Show lessL4lux
CALECO new washers and dryers
I absolutely love the new appliances and that I can use my iPhone to refill my account as well as set each of them by just a scan or entering the number of appliance. I have lived here almost 4 years and never used the laundry room until they installed these appliances, very nice, affordable and just made my life easier so Many ThanksShow lessDeaniegirl65
Working smoothly
At first the app wouldn’t allow adding minutes to the dryer but it got fixed and am happy with the services. I do suggest the app having the option of adding just $5 to the account instead of $10, sometimes all we have is $5 at a time which is one load. Other than that pretty convenient.iniminnie
