Easier laundry process
I really enjoy the automated app with the secure ability to load and reload funds. Having the ability to see when your laundry is completed is a time saver and knowing your clothes will be completed.

Stealing Money
I would give 0 stars if i could. Whenever i open the app to start a machine it always reloads and then takes $1 or $2 off of my account balance for no reason. At one point i had -$1 in my balance, which shouldn’t be possible since the machines don’t start if you don’t have enough money in your balance. This has happened basically every time since I’ve gotten the app, so i would recommend using the physical card if you have that option since money never gets stolen or mysteriously taken off of those.Show lessCaptainscrone1234
Laundry room
Only thing is they shouldn’t use front lading machines, clothes get lint on them when dryer strips and dirt and grim get fought the the rubber rim of the washer and the dryer doesn’t get hot enough. The app works well as long as your cell phone works correctly. When ever there was an issue the company did respond right away which is really awesome! The app and company are great! Oh why is there only one dryer and one washing machine in each building?Show lessBallroon dancer
CALECO ROCKS!!
Love Love LOVE this laundry svc company. Kind, patient & always professional are the team members when I’ve called for service or a refund if needed on a machine which may be acting wonky.
The team here too is always prompt in returning calls same day or next business day and always promptly services their machines when needed.
Josh is the best here too in IT/Service department and as I said, especially patient with my “old school” self who’s not as familiar with any needed basic tech issues on my end (via their phone app.) Lol
No wonder they’re ranked so high in the Delaware Valley!

Orangewood Park Apartments
Washing machines and Dryers are well maintained and work well. Repairs are done timely and can be notified through the app .
Paying for services is very convenient through the app. Also receiving status on machine in app helps to monitor timing and alert when laundry is complete. Great service!Show lessPsalm34ld
User friendly
Very user friendly and easy to use. Just wish there was an option to add more time to the dryer for bulkier items like towels and sheets. Otherwise highly recommendHazel Carta
Bigger washers
Sometimes my neighbors overload the washers and they get off line. So when I come down to wash I have to unplug the washer pay $2.00 to run a wash cycle without my clothes and pay another $2.00 to wash my clothes. Wish we had bigger Machines like the laundromat so I wouldn’t have to waste my $2.00. Mostly everyone has a family in here so they could use better washing machines other than that I think it’s okay. It would be even better if a washer and dryer was stationed in my apartment.:-)Show lessterryh67

Great App, Good Experience.
The app is simple, easy to use, and convenient. Making payments and increasing my balance is a breeze. I get notifications when my laundry is finished. And the app is great for contacting customer service.
