Great service!
If you have a good wifi, a smart phone with blue tooth capability and a debit/ credit card linked to it…. You will be set!! Make sure to put the App on your phone. Yes you can have a card, that you can tap on the machine and pre load the card, but thats more of a hassel.

App doesn’t work half the time
You need Wi-Fi to operate the app so if you get no signal in your building, good luck. Even when you have signal, it will malfunction half the time and say “can’t work machine” or something like that after you scan it and put in your settings and press okay. I tried restarting my phone, that didn’t work. I had to delete the app and reinstall it for it to work. How many times do I have to do that in order to do my laundry?
Not to mention, when you send a report to their maintenance team, good luck getting timely a response. It might take a week or two until someone finally reaches out to you about your problem. Horrible service and horrible app.Show lessMakhotin
Works well!
This app is great. It’s easy to start up a load of wash with it. I do wish a couple of things were different. Things like your cycle status being more easily accessible/visible. Also a bonus wash here and there would be great. Like after 12 loads you get one free.Sarahsvb

Stole my money!
Do not use this app, get a card instead. I tried to get a refund, first like a month before, because a washer was broken and I wanted a refund. By the time I moved out, I had a balance on my account, so I tried to get a refund for that, the reason being that I moved. It said another refund was still pending. Okay so I waited. Next thing I know, my account is deactivated! So now I’m screwed. THIEVES.Show lessPLM-DE

Little defeats here and there but overall good - don’t like how you can’t do it from elsewhere you have to be close to machine. Tried to start it for my kids and it didn’t work because I wasn’t near with the appJaneDoe102389
Good not great
I love that my building finally added this capability to the laundry room. Having to search for quarters when there were none was not fun. But when they installed the QR codes they took away the option to pay with quarters. Also, the option to see if the machines are in use, before I go all the way to the basement from the top floor, doesn’t work. Or is extra or some bull I was fed when I wrote in asking why. A new and fluid process using a washing machine.
So many positives to this new app including not having to use coins anymore. My only negative is the notifications that tell you the washer is finished when it is not. It would be great if we knew the actual time would be finished. Other than that it is a great process.Daxavier

I love the ease of use of this app for doing laundry. Not having to use coins is a huge relief! Adding money is easy. Possible improvements for the future (please!) I live in an apt building and people often leave their stuff in the washer or dryer - please add a way to send a push notification to the last person who paid to use the machine so they can come get their stuff. I know the app reminds them after the cycle is done but that’s not enough if they’ve left things overnight and forgot them. I don’t want to touch somebody else’s items. I’d love to hit a remind button and they get sent another notification that they need to come get their things. Also, the ability to add amounts smaller than $10 would be great.
