Bad outweighing good
First: The Help functionality on the app has disappeared so I can’t report app issues.
Second: Washing time is 10 minutes off.
Third: App should offer me option to save the machines I’m using. I live in a building where I always use the same machines. I shouldn’t have to choose them every single time I do wash.
Finally: The fact that we have technology that allows us to start a machine from our phones should allow for much more flexibility.
Example: When I know the dryer isn’t going to complete drying in one cycle, I should be able to extend dryer time, not have to wait until it finishes and have to start all over. That way, clothing not finished can be dried based on time I add. If my clothing finishes drying before the extended time, I should be able to stop the cycle and $ should go back in my account. Saves energy and provides cost savings for users.Show lessmackitty
Simple, Quick, & Efficient
So much simpler. No having to get rolls of quarts every time we do laundry. Makes it very simple and use is easy. And I like the notifications that let you know when your cycle is done so you don’t have to keep looking or watching the clock.brickcm
Easy to Use
This is a good app and technology. No more worry to get coins for the laundry. The reminder facility is set in advance to enable to go again to laundry to pick our clothes back. The one issue is that the time stamp on the usage is incorrect as it points to the time with day light savings. Overall a good app.Show lessGod of Destruction
JUST AMAZING
This is such a good option for people who live in pretty crowded Building is because you know exactly when you have to go and pick up your clothes they send you a notification on your phone so you know exactly when you can go and pick all your stuff this application is just amazing it’s really a game changing app.Show lessidelmlopez

The app is easy compared to using a card. You can always refill it with your information saved and keeps you from running down to reload your card. Also tells you when your washer/dryer is finished.Cowboys10101010
No more quarters
It’s nice to not have to have quarters all the time. It also keeps track of the time remaining. I just wish that it would give discounts every once in a while. It would be nice. A lot of others apps do it so I don’t see why they can’t.<3i guess
Good/convenient
I had a hard time getting my debit card in the app. Every time I attempted to put my debit card in it would give me a message that only letters and numbers are to go in these fields ( something to that effect). I reached out to customer service they suggested deleting the app and starting over. Did that and the app still wouldn’t take my debit card. So finally with playing around with the app just put my first initial and last initial in the then my debit card number and it worked....they heavens opened and I didn’t have to go get change any more to wash my clothes!Show lessTeapot9779

Very useful and convenient in my apartment building, until they told me I was negative $5.75 which I’m not even sure how that happened. And then I get through the wash cycle just fine but after putting my wet clothes into tthe dryer the machine won’t accept my mobile payment so I had to go to the store and tap money and get quarters multiple times, actually dealing with this issue as I write this, I thought maybe I needed to update the app but there is no update. Easy and fun
The new machines (all with adequate wash and temperature options) in my condo building came with the app technology plus coin usage. At first I resisted downloading the app, but relented when coins became an issue.
It’s extremely easy to follow the download instructions and loading the account with funds. Using the machines is even easier. The notifications about cycle completion is a good feature, especially when letting laundry sit is inconsiderate to neighbors. Yes, laundry is almost fun.Show lessslsinhh
Review for CALECO and Josh
I had a very good experience with CALECO. Josh was very patient as I am anything but high tech! I was almost ready to give up on using my app since my credit card was lost and I had to get a new one. They tried using my old credit card no., which didn’t work. Finally I was able (with Josh’s help) to get it fixed.
