The phone app is easy to use…the account is easy to setup and the reminder’s when your wash is done is very helpful.
Not too pleased with the price increase but I do understand why.

Very helpful, so much better than just being coin operated machines. User friendly and the app is quick set up. The only thing I wish is that these machines used powder detergent. But overall, I love the appAbbshsbeisnsjssnsns
Good for this Generation
This is great for people that uses their phone all the time. However if you are not a phone person it is annoying because you MUST HAVE YOUR PHONE TO USE THE MACHINES. If you are not using coins that is…Mqueen33

Wonderful app!
Small bug regarding the alert for when the cycle is done, it rings after few minutes while the cycle last for almost an hour. But other than that it works like a charm! :)glkiwip

The app has worked fine for me there is only one issue I had and it was for some unknown reason the dryer would not go on the matter what I did and then finally it worked so it took several attempts. But in the end everything worked out fine so I have been very happy with it!fiveft3grneyes
The best way to do laundry!
We just recently got upgraded to the app, and it’s wonderful! I don’t have to get quarters, I just add money from my credit card to the app. When I’m doing the laundry, I can add more time remotely and check on the status/time left of each machine. I LOVE it!Janabee1275
Useful app
The app works well and push notifications are super useful when cycle is finished. One gripe I have is there should be an ability to specify drying time and not add one quarter at a time. This way I can specify 50 min and waste few minutes.Yanz7
