Great App - One Idea For It
Love this app, love being able to add money to it, and use it to start the machine.
My one piece of advice, is to add a feature showing if a certain machine is in use, so we do not have to leave our apartment to check if the machines are in use.austinfriant.c
steals your credit card info
This app will ask you to top up your laundry account with a credit card. Ok, no problem with that. But there is no option to unlink your credit card after that, regardless of how much money you already have in the laundry account. You must enter a new card in order to cancel the old card, so they will always have one of your credit cards on file. Unlike a physical laundry card that uses one-time payment, this app will forever have your credit card info once you use it. I don’t care how secure the company claims to keep my info, this feature alone disgusts me enough to never use their services again.Show lesscisjwbwvam
It helps me wash my clothes
Easier than carrying coins and takes my money out of my bank account faster than food delivery. Not sure what else I can say except it works and my clothes get clean.Ahzidahakah
Super Easy
I take care of my elderly father and do all his daily routines for him. This app is user friendly and convenient. My favorite feature is that it lets you know when your cycle is done. This way I can do other things while waiting and not have to sit around.Wayfair Winner
New Machines at apps. building on the 2000 block.
When I first moved to this location in Walnut St. I was worried silly, because the old machines were dirty and only took coins. From the very start, I decided to take my clothes to the laundry mat. Not the best option, having to walk to the store, having to get coins and all limitations that come with this view. I didn't want to do all that unnecessary work just to get my clothes cleaned. So, guess what happened? I did not do my laundry for weeks. Thankfully, I had enough clothe to last at least a month. Then I found out the old machines were replaced and on top of that they took electronic payments. Saving time, money, and inconvenience. So, far, I haven't had any issues with them. As long as we take care of them by keeping them clean and following the instructions, they will las a very long time. Best Decision Ever! I love them.Show lesspty1234civ

Apartment complex washer/dryers
At first I was not crazy about having to change everything over and use my phone as a pay card to do laundry. However after downloading the app I can honestly say it’s very easy and no lost money on a card that stops working. And of course the new machines are great.Donnna/john

Needs autocomplete and face/touch id support
Not sure why but I am always needing to log back into my account, probably because my wife and I both use the same account.
That would be ok, but I need to manually type in my password every time I do laundry. Unacceptable to not have at least password autocomplete.ENDERS-TENDERS
