I was able to add my details to this app a few days ago. Since then I keep getting “sorry unable to down load your data.”
I tried to phone Virgin Voyages not realising it was a US number, which cost me £5, and I only got a voice message. I have since emailed them to book a demarkation time and the response was very speedy and a time slot was booked for me.
The App is not responding so cannot book anything else yet. I am hopeful that the teething issues are solved before we sail in 41 days
