All of that just for it to tell me that its outside of operational hours, even thought no one is operating them. Seat has issues
I think is just matter of maintenance. Ride was super good with the exception of seat getting unlock couple timesSmelicio
Quite a work out
I had a great time and I’ll definitely rent again however, 3 miles on this bike feels like 12 on your average bike you might own at home. Also the stride is small for a 6 ft person and the bike is quite heavy. Amazing exercise I was sweating like a beast in no time.French 101 student

Stolen bike
Horrible experience.. My bike got stolen right outside of a coffee shop and the company is now making me pay $800 for a stolen bike. I had to file a police report and go though a lot of back and forth emails with them. Very disappointed this made my experience unpleasant i wish i would have rented a regular Citibike.Show lessNars-f

Great app, bike was good but bell didnt work
Tire pressure good, bike fine and the app worked nicely. Bell didn’t work. It’s OK because I wasn’t in such a crowded area. But if it was more dense, it mightve been a problem.Dmovvvvv
