Over charges.
I use bike ride share apps in many cities. Nyc Citi bike for example. This app is unusual in that after you return the bike and it is locked in the station, you still have to go into the app to end the session. If you don’t it continues to charge you. I had returned the bike in time but didn’t know about needing to go into the app. Why is their station not equipped to register the bike return and end the session. I complained and they returned my over change. But i felt less aware customers Woukd be taken advantage of and this app makes money off that extra unnecessary charge. They need to properly end the bike rental session based on the dock.Show lesspncreview1

Scam
Changed almost 2x the rate, $32 instead of $18, posted on the bike stand in front of the hotel. Tires are foam/rubber? Or something that makes the bike ride slow, also the bike had to be returned to the hotel and not other Zybra racks, which is the unlike all other bike rentals. Privacy concerns
It’s seemingly impossible to delete your account. If you’re like me, and just using this for a one-time rental, the privacy concerns of giving your credit card to this company with no way to remove yourself from their system should be a non-starter. The complimentary bike rental is not worth it, because now I feel like my security is compromised. Avoid this app. With no way to delete your info, it seems like a scam.Show lessJonesyrules
Needs a reminder to end trip
If you don’t end to the counter will continue and you’ll be charged. Great customer service…I called and got and immediate credit for the extra hour on all four bikes that I rented for my familyStillFeelnit
