Avoid!!!
After finding a functional bike and taking only one ride, I decided to remove my payment information and delete the account . Guess what - the app wont let you do either. Now I am stuck with useless emails from support such as "check your spam folder" and unable to deactivate my account.Uzbola

This app has no privacy policy. the link in the App Store is a 404 page. It asks for lots of permissions for an app that will only ever be used once by any customer and claims to collect no data.Mknoll1

Nice bikes
Bikes were nice. Sears were easily adjustable. My only complaint was that we had to pick 30 minutes or 3 hours. We wanted to ride one hour. That would have been a nice option.Pflom
