Lame in so many ways
I recommend opting for city bikes. This rental service is not flexible at all and wayyy overcharges you.
1. Must return to the location you rented
2. Even if you dock it back at your original location say for bad weather, it continues to charge your rental time
3. Twice as much as city bikes
4. Heavy clunky and forcing very slow biking speed

A little janky
My ride was okay but the bike was a little janky. Everything felt a little loose. Even my seat was twisting around while I riding.kpw336

Frustrating
I clicked on what I thought the button would be that would end my rental. Found out sometime later that it was waiting for me to click on yet another confirmation button. Very frustrating to have to confirm three times what you asked to do once. And all on the phone that you’re trying to look at in bright daylight.
