  • Froude Scammer

    I got my flight canceled by airline and airline told me to contact Mytrip.com but Mytrip.com don’t want to pay my refund of about CND$1400 and Mytrip.com buying time wait for email etc so I call my credit card company and after 22 days I got all my money through my credit card company. Mytrip.com don’t want you to know that you will get money through your credit card company that’s why Mytrip.com buying time like 3 months that’s what my credit card company told me, so in this situation don’t wait call your credit card company right away and explain everything, if you don’t call your credit card company before 3 months then credit card company can’t help you that’s why Mytrip.com trying to buy time to give you false hope wait for email so you don’t call your credit card company. Mytrip.com know the game they are froude company never buy any ticket from them etc.

  • Dont use this!

    So I booked a flight for my partner birthday, I paid and bank confirmed the payment went through. But I have not receive any confirmation email from them, so I called them and they said it is still pending and they dont know when will it be confirm or not confirm… but it is very close to my travel date so I ask to cancel it. But the agent said he cant do that ask me to wait… im like I cant just wait because i also need to book hotel and attractions, i need it to be confirm or if u cant then cancel it then I can book it thru many else where people can actually confirm in seconds…. So the agent is very bad that put me back on queue, so their phone is also ridiculous, first time I called, im at the queue of 48 and waited 2 hours to get thru first agent. And he put me back on hold, but actually he put me back to queue, and I was 61… i waited another 2.5 hours!!! And a lady pick up and i had to explain everything again and she said the same thing! So I was on the call about 5 hours wasted my time and not even sure if i will get anything from this company.

    If you want to risk ur flight and waste time, go ahead and download this app. If you want secure flight and dont like to speak to phone agents (esp in Indian accent) i would totally avoid this app as well as their website

  • Don’t buy a ticket from them

    The worst agency in the world. If there is lower than one star they even doesn’t deserve it.
  • Never got a refund

    This company stole my money. I made a reservation for my family in January and the flight got canceled for the airline, so I was supposed to get a refund from this crap. Guess what I’ve never got it, so I called my bank to resolve the problem, and the couldn’t. Therefore, I have been waiting a refund from them for more than 8 months, and never got it. I’ve called the poor customer service, and they always say they are going to call me and never do. Stay away from this scam .

  • Check In Service is Contradictory

    Using the links provided with the booking you are invited to check in for a fee of £20 and you are guaranteed that your boarding passes will be emailed to you no later than three hours before the flight. No use, since you are recommended to be at the airport at least three hours before the flight, and printing off boarding passes at the airport can only be done for a further fee (on top of the £20 fee) and is extremely inconvenient.

    By contrast, using the Mytrip app, check is provided free, and boarding passes are emailed no later than 24 hours before the flight, which means that they can be printed off at home before leaving for the airport.

    It is totally baffling how the same company can provide two completely contradictory services!

  • Wrong terminal

    This app told me my flight was in terminal 5 at LAX, that was wrong, it was terminal 1 that I needed to be in. The airport staff that my airline hadn’t been in terminal 5 for at least a year. That mistake almost made me and my 91 year old grandma miss our flight.
  • Absolute incompetence

    My flight date was changed by the flight company, so I had to buy new ticket since I couldn’t take that original flight after change in dates. Due to the change from their side I have fully right to request a refund. Unfortunately tickets were bought through these “Mytrip Amateurs “ so I can ask for refund directly, but I have to ask Mytrip to do it for me for a ridiculous price of 30£ per ticket. The worst part is that I have been trying to contact Mytrip and request refund since 31.5.2022, today is 17.7.2022. I have sent them at least 20 emails and tried to called them several times. I always end up in calling que on the 200+ waiting list.. Do not never ever book anything through Mytrip. Save yourself money, time and stress.

  • Broken App No Contact Links! Warned!

    The app is broken. All links to contact them bring up an error page. There is something really suspicious about this. Be careful! I cannot get my flight refund at all. No one to talk to!
  • Impossible to contact support in case of flights cancellations

    Had a flight cancelled with wizzair, and as I bought the tickets through mytrip I can not reschedule as I need them to do it on my behalf, had to contact them, I tried like 4 times and everytime I'm placed in a huge que and once it gets past 3 hours the phone call just ends... They are total scammers, no proper way to contact them... They won’t respond to my emails or phone calls…

  • Non existent customer support

    Lufthansa cancelled our last leg of flights to Europe booked through MyTrip. After waiting 2 hours on hold to speak with Mytrip they offered me alternative flight but wouldn’t send confirmation straight away but told me to wait for someone to contact me in the next 2-5 business days, whilst out departure was only 7 days away. 3 days later I received an email from MyTrip saying that they can’t do anything to help us. I then proceeded to call again MyTrip, waited another 2 hours on the hold to speak with someone who could not seem to understand english and had no desire to help us, instead she gave me false information that our whole trip was cancelled. Honestly the most useless travel company ever. DO not use!
