    Branali want to charge me $45 for a ticket worth $48
    She won’t even transfer my call to her supervisor
    She was rude
    I called the airline direct and canceled the booking
    Airline full refund the booking but Mytrip.com want to charge me $45 cancellation fee
    They didn’t do anything about this cancellation
    I called airline company and waited hours on the phone

  • Horrific Experience- FRAUD

    I have been waiting for my refund of almost 2 grand for 7 months. I have send approximately 50 emails, called close to 70 times. Now when I call, they either hang up on me or say they will “escalate my concern” which means they will do nothing ( I have learned). My tickets are with Lufthansa, they said they have sent all my money back to MyTrip, MyTrip says they haven’t got my money. This company is fraudulent, it is a scam. I am so devastated by this situation.

  • Guys do not book with company please read

    I travel allot , i have used many other company which are way better than this company . You have no support from them , they literally do not care once you buy the ticket if you wanna do any changes they will tell wait for the support team to contact you but will never reach you back. Please do not buy tickets from this website total scam.

  • DO NOT USE IT! IT SUCKS!

    My flight was cancelled by the airline so I ask for a refund. I’ve waited two weeks and still haven’t got any response. I called customer service several times, they always told me “don’t worry, you need to wait”. In the end, they asked my to call the airline to request a refund. That is to say, I didn’t get any assistance from them and they wasted my time, however they still need to charge me 15$USD for cancellation assistance. That’s not fair! Their customer service sucks! Don’t waste your money on this terrible service.

    Paid extra for assigned seats. When boarding passes arrived my 10 year old daughter and I were separated by 10 rows on both flights.

    The airline has a good refund policy. Very customer friendly as long as it’s 24 hours prior. But they said the policy is no refunds. Which is not true. I will never use this service again period. Absolutely ridiculous.
  • Horrible no la uses!!!!

    Lo más conveniente compra tus pasajes en la aerolínea directamente sin intermediarios. En caso de cambio por parte de la aerolínea y te cambien el vuelo para las 3 de la mañana de quien sabe qué día no se hacen responsables de nada y súper mala la atención, aún cuando la aerolínea puede cambiarlo sin problema haber comprado el pasaje con ellos es un problema. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. No vale la pena el ahorro!

  • DO NOT USE THEM!!!

    Booked multiple flights with their app. Said they’d send my boarding pass 24 hours before departure, still haven’t gotten them and my flight leaves in 1hr. They have ZERO customer service. Only way to contact them is a phone call and if you’re overseas, that’s not practical or cheap. They have NO emails, live chats, WhatsApp, anything to help you. I beg you to find any other booking service then MyTrip…..

  • DO NOT USE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I booked a trip through this site. I accidentally booked the wrong dates (not their fault) however I specifically payed extra to be able to change my flight free of cost. I realized my mistake, and went to change my flight. There is no way to do this on the website. I waited an hour for them to pick up on the single customer service line, just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and I had to call the airline. I call the airline and cancel through them. I check my mytrips two weeks later and I haven’t gotten my money back and my trip has not been canceled with them. I call again. They tell me they can’t cancel it again and to call the airline. I tell them I already have and so then they say they can cancel it but only for a 45$ fee because the 35$ I already paid for changes doesn’t cover cancellations. Plus non refundable taxes. Save yourself time and money and PLEASE do not use this site. Such a nightmare. Would give 0 stars if possible.
