  • Wouldn’t recommend

    This was my number one site to book through.
    I’d always pay a bit more because I loved their app and had all around good experiences.
    That was, until I contacted them today.
    I noticed I didn’t put my middle name on one of my flights (mind you, I have 3 flights in the next month booked with them)
    They told me I’d have to pay them about $50 + an additional $50 to each of the budget airlines my flights were with. Pushed for a bit and they wouldn’t budge.
    Contacted the airlines. Wizz added my middle name free of charge.
    Ryan air told me they do not require a middle name.
    Mytrip’s service agent did not consider the rules of the airlines, including a free change and not even requiring a middle name and just went on to give me their typical answer.
    Customer service is everything, and unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be booking with Mytrip in the future.

  • No Regrets

    I booked a flight with 2-3 layovers despite all the horrible horrible reviews, and luckily had ZERO issues!!! I was able to visit my family over Thanksgiving on a crazy cheap ticket~ Was worried we wouldn’t even be able to check in at all LOL but everything was totally normal & we made every flight without delays. Kinda a miracle. Not sure I’d use this company again, but writing this so people know IT DOES WORK.

  • Flight cancelled by airline MyTrip wouldn’t issue a refund

    The airline cancelled my outgoing flight only a few hours before. MyTrip failed to inform until 35 mins before it was due to take off.

    My return flight was later that day on a different airline and I could therefore not make it because my previous flight was cancelled and it was too late to make alternative arrangements.

    After a lot of hassle trying to get hold of MYTRIP they refused to refund the money saying I had to claim off the airline even though the airline had paid them the refund money.

    Also don’t trust them when they say they will call you back, they won’t.

  • The worst experience ever

    It was a horrible experience. After I booked a flexible ticket and requested to change my flight dates, they refused and told me to contact the airlines. The airlines are not responding, and I had to rebook another flight. What a scam, poor company!

    Never ever buy a ticket through this agent company it is just another Indian scam company, I booked an international flight through them the flight cost me 2500$ and when the day of the flight come flight got delayed when I called them saying guys I have a flexible ticket with a refund feature, they told me sorry we can't do anything for you and they hanged up, don't trust them they are just a group of thieves

  • Horrible service

    First of all, only show price increased at payment stage. Went back and did a new search, still show you the lower price. Then, bought cancellation protection. Need to cancel due to tested Covid positive. On the phone for almost one hour, keeps telling me they can’t see the protection I bought. Asked if I could send my confirmation to someone, direct me on to their online chat. The chat was slow, unclear, repetitive. My flight was 12 midday. At 9:53 the online chat told me I can’t cancel as I need to do it 2 hours before the flight. Then no matter how I try to reason with them that 1) it’s not yet less than 2 hours; 2) I was on the phone way before the 2 hours mark and it was their responsibility, all I got was repetitive answer till I asked for complain number. Then it turned out the guy on the phone made a mistake and asked the order number instead of booking number, and he was looking at someone else’s account anyways. For one hour, surely you’d thought to double check if you got the right information. Almost feel that are just stalling for time. Seriously, this is how you do business?

    Awful experience every step of the way. They won’t even send you an email letting you know to check in for a flight, no transfer cost between airports, no information on additional cost from the air carrier from checking in person
  • Worst experience

    Had a very bad experience with this company, I wanted to reschedule my flight but that call keeps on transferring my calls to 1 person to another, as they reluctant to reschedule my flights, but was very in book a new ticket.
    Stay away from these scammers!!
  • Worst Flight Agent I Ever Used

    I booked a return flight through this platform. Due to my first trip delay, I am eligible for a refund for my 2nd trip, but the agent kept refused it saying the refund fee is higher than ticket value. I made a complaint to the airline, later on, the agent agreed to the refund, however, a month later, they refused to refund again with the same reason 😕😕😕

    Mytrip makes mandatory to download the app to check in. You download the app and the app tells you that they will generate the boarding pass 6 hours before the flight. My flight is early in the morning. So…

    And if you check in in the airport you have to pay.
