  • Borderline scam

    This company is a borderline scam. If you have to get involved with customer service you will be extremely disappointed. If you book with them, plan on there being a mistake made in your booking and them not willing to make any changes unless you pay for the ticket in full and also a fee. The call center will give you the run around until you want to give up. We sent them time stamped photos and documentation to show their error and they still refused to assist. Do not use them, you will be dissatisfied.

  • Automatic check in is a scam

    Paid extra for automatic check in, only to be charged 50 euro at the airport. Never asked for my travel documents and I even tried to find in my booking someplace to upload them and there was just an email with my name on it listed. I sent a message to that email and never got a response.
    After waiting for 1 hour 10 minutes somebody did pick up their support line, but could only send me a claims form which they mentioned would take 6-9 months to process.

  • Scammer

    Alert, please don’t use them. Booked my flight from Perth to New Zealand. They don’t send you email for check in and when u go the check at the air port, they don’t have the same booking number. My whole flight got cancelled and when I called, no one bothered to pick up or do anything. I end up booking directly with the airline another flight and lost 750$.

  • 56$ charging fee

    I got my flight canceled 12h after the booking, yet they have deducted 56$ per person as a service fee.
    Terrible experience.
  • Zéro, Avoid, DO NOT USE, -5

    If there were negative star l'll give -5, IF YOU BOUTH A TICKET FROM HERE CALL THEM TO CANCEL RIGHT AWAY , then call your visa company to do a DIPUTE, it will take 15 days but you will get it back. Keep all the record of emails get everything chats-photos or record conversations. This is what happened, I bought 2 international tickets at 11:18 on 23april23, then at 8 am (3hrs to deadline) on 24april23, I learn that for personal reasons I had to cancel the tickets, naturally I called this fraudulent company to cancel with in 24hrs of booking ( as per airline policy), we'll what a joke, after taking to Rosavell-something I was told "sorry I can not cancel your order you have to call the airline", so I called air canada ( another ridiculous company. (2hrs to deadline), they say only Mytrip can cancel the flights, so 10:30ish(48min to deadline ) I called back My trip, Keshav-something tells me that they can refund but is gonna cost -57$per person to cancel, naturally I don't want to pay that so he referred me to call the airline again , I tell him that I have already done the loop and to please help, he says someone will call me back. Then at 11:11 24april23I got an email asking "how did we do", I am gonna let you use your imagination here; Then to my surprise at 1:18pm 24april23 I received an email saying "as agree we have cancelled your bookings", TO Good to be true -YES IT WAS , as at 6:22pm 24 April23 Sangita D. Calls me to tell me that unfortunately the cancellation was successful but the refund can not go though as I missed the 24hrs deadline by a few minutes and the airline doesn't agree on a refund". Call your Visa provider, and avoid this Mytrip.ça like the plague.

  • Do not use!!

    Do not pay for their extra services, never received sms updates and had to do my own check in even when paying for the services. They also made the mistake of putting me as a citizen of another country which I then had to pay extra taxes when the airline corrected the issue. No help from their customer service. Use them to find your flights and then book it all yourself through the airlines, save the headache.

  • Scam company

    They have no Complaints procedure so if something goes wrong which really could with bookings and airlines - you’re on your own. It’s actually quite funny how evasive they are when you try and get them to explain how to complain. Oh and they have only German customer support number so best of luck. And when start asking difficult questions they’ll simply disconnect.

  • Worst travel experience yet

    I’ve flown in hundreds if not thousands of planes all over the world and MyTrip is by far the worst. Expect less than no help if it’s needed. They actively try and get you off the line by either telling you lies or redirecting your call to someone else that cannot help. I’m positive this is a partially fraudulent company.

  • Very Disappointing

    I have been waiting for my refund for more than 6 months after airline cancelled my flight.

    I have contacted the airline which advised that they have made the refund to mytrip few months ago already.

    I have contacted mytrip several times and all I heard was that they inform the refund team. I have not received any information or update whatsoever and the refund still hasn’t actioned yet.

  • Cancellation Policy Issues

    If you need to cancel a flight they will only refund 90% and it will take on average over a week. Their terms says a few days but it takes over a week at least.
