We encountered a flight cancellation from the airline. The airline would not refund us our money because we booked through this company. This company said there was nothing they could do and the airline had to do it. I called MyTrips multiple times to try to get something worked out and they refused to have any interaction with me and even hung up on me three different times. They tried to tell us that we canceled our flight and there was nothing we could do. We didn’t cancel anything. They paid Breeze Airlines with four different credit card numbers from my trips to Breeze and we are now out over $1000. I later learn they have a ton of bad reviews for things like this. Avoid at all cost!
Google this company before buying form them. Airlines cancelled my trip and I was eligible for full refund. Airlines returned my money to MyTrip and they never refunded to me. Flight was cancelled back in May 2023 and it’s already end of July. I keep calling and getting the same answer that they are waiting for airlines to refund them.

DO NOT BOOK WITH MYTRIP! Completely untrustworthy company and I will never book through them again.
After being refused on a flight booked through mytrip due to unwritten airport rules, mytrip have been ignoring all of my communication about my refund and compensation they originally agreed to over the phone. I have spent a countless number of hours on the phone to mytrip, and after being told to email them instead they have been refusing to respond. Mytrip requested that I contact the airline directly to ‘open my ticket’ in order for them to issue my refund and compensation. I was able to do this, but mytrip have been ignoring my emails for months since and still owe me hundreds of pounds.

Do not book through here!
Used this to book two flights (there and back) for my holiday last month. The automated check in through the app failed for both flights and had to check in at the airport which was stressful and can incur extra fee. Beyond this the app had no use and you should book flights directly through the airline!Show lesskittttttttttttty
Borderline scam
This is the worst service of any industry that I’ve ever encountered. Really good at advertising cheap flights and collecting your money. I went to check in with my booking confirmation and the airline could not even find my flights. Never deal with this organisation or any of their subsidiaries.qwertyuiggfg
Zombie app
There is no point in this app. There middle men between you and the actual companies selling the services. As such if you have an issue it’s virtually impossible to contact anyone (unless you want to call their non uk phone number at god knows why price per minute) I wanted to submit a complaint but this is also not possible. Hi i dont know how they are 4.6 in rating chart but they are scammers. They ask me to change my ticket as flight reschedule i tried they said cancelled and apply for refund. Hence i applied refund.
