Bad app , do not use
Donnot use this app to purchase any crypto assets it’s only going to get stuck and you will watch your money wither away without no hope of withdrawing it , my crypto assets has been stuck on the app for 3 weeks now the customer service don’t even respond to my messages no more I have sent lots of message no help I even try to close the account nothing is working it’s such a bad experience for me ,my crypto assets has crashed way below my initial deposit as I am unable to withdraw it , my advice stay away from this app totallyShow lessd.ralph
Easy direct deposit to crypto app!
I’ve been doordashing and instacarting, and have those linked up to onjuno account to make buys of USDC, btc and ETH. If I was a reasonable person I would keep some funds in USDC but I’m more of a yolo kind of person who buys btc and eth. Enjoying the app so far, 2022 is my transition to 80% crypto, and I seem to like onjuno more than bitpay.Show lessfezzi123
Bad App
This Onjuno is a bad app,for the past one week now they’ve been holding up my money in thier crypto account and they wouldn't let me access my money,I keep calling and no one pick up,today make it One and half week and they’ve asked me for several kinds of documents which I provided everything and all I hear is wait for 24-48hours to get a respond from the team and now it’s been 1 and half week,I’m reporting this app right now to the authority,Don’t even try to download this app or put your money in there,they will hold your money and make you suffer for it,a lot of people are complaining about their poor service, Don’t use Onjuno❌❌❌👎Show lessHardroader

Probably one of the best apps I’ve ever used regarding digital banking, and easiest app I’ve used regarding buying and sending crypto to my metamask wallet. It’s 100% worth it to use the metal banking feature as It’s been my favorite after years of using various digital banks like chime or Varo, etc.Show lessdyllengeorge

Oh Juno Don’t know?
I have tried Chime (trash! Avoid them), I have tried BlueVine (garbage! Avoid them) but OnJuno is simply the only Fintech/Bank you should even consider if you are doing anything with crypto. They pay you early, they have interest on checking and USDC and they let you use your direct deposit to be paid in crypto. 🤯 side note: the discord is a great community as well. Come say hi. Great Rates and Support
Signed up when I heard about them on the bankless podcast. So far everything has been smooth. Rates on the checking account are better than my high yield savings and I have the option to instantly purchase USDC to gain even better yields. As someone who is jo stranger to DEFI, the USDC rate isn’t the best but it is a simple and seemingly safe solution. I don’t have to manage things myself.Show lessIodiio
Takes over 20 hours from the time your check hits the account to clear.
Ive had to wait DAYS for my check to clear at times and always had to contact their support which isnt helpful at all. they give you basic solutions that never work and im always constantly left in the dark and treated like garbage when chatting with the support people when i just try and get the most information possible to fix my issue. was good at the beginning and i like the metal card. but those are the only pros. its been a constant downhill since then.Show lessxxx4621;,(5
Great way to streamline your purchases of ETH
There are so many steps involved in transferring money to my Coinbase via ACH, searching for an entry point, and then transferring the money to my MetaMask. OnJuno makes my life much easier and for that you have my thanks

Great customer service
Since the launch, i have seen a lot of improvement. Love that it keeps improving. There are instances where the error messages could have been better. Like in my case, my transaction got cancelled with error 13. Now a more user friendly error would be better to tell me that the limit is 10K. But I got to know from customer representative. So 4 star for customer service and improvements. And would love to see it grow and earn 5 stars.Show lessAvsshah1
