Poorly functioning app
Password recovery does not work. I have tried multiple times. Apparently App support does not exist. Link goes to a non existing page. I Tried contacting the company, but they only want to hear about which location I went to - which has nothing to do with the app and the help I’m trying to get. Cinnabon products are very good. Unfortunately, getting any help is not.Show lessApp sad

NEED HELP NOW
I place my order on Feb 17 round 5:42 and my order was for 72 dollars from the Altamonte mall Cinnabon and my order was cancelled and I have not received my money I keep calling Altamonte mall but no answer I tried send my request for an refund no response but some more Cinnabon I want my 72 dollars back so I can delete this app because I’m not trusting this app no more 72 dollars is a lot I have email and text message saying my order was cancelled so I need talk to some one so I could get my money back and I also have DoorDash cancel receipt tooShow lesslavell86

It would have been nice to have gotten the order that I wanted from the sign that at the wall kiosk but I was informed that sign is three years old so I ordered something different and when I went to taste it, it wasn’t what I ordered so I had to wait for them to remake the drink

It’s been sometime since we had Cinnabon’s, the kids associate them with cooler weather and ice cream with warm weather. It’s cooling down and we can’t visit our local mall, without grabbing some of these yummy, best on the planet, Bonsgarden troll

This is the worse food app I’ve had, the last three times I was there I have not been able to get my points, either because the app won’t take my receipt later or because I have scanned it the place and it simply won’t find my acct, so she tells me to scan it later, and later won’t work either 🤦♀️ bad appShow lessMrs NERIUM
Delivered cold
It’s cold by the time he gets to Delivered cold&the delivery fee plus the taxes and others fees being almost the amount of what I ordered before those factors were charged to the initial item and exact total. But I love this place so much and if they weren’t cold I would of still given 5starsCinnaddictabon

So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. I really appreciate service like this, This is what establishments are missing warm and welcoming. I wish there was a tip jar every lil bit helps in this time of need.
