What Rewards?
I can never scan my receipt to get the points and even if I type in the barcode I get an error message. The only location around doesn’t have the scanner so I can’t even get points at the register.Joibnewz

Corporate Greed Strikes Again.
To place an order for pickup via the app I was greeted with 2 separate fees. A fee to “pay for the app and the website” and another convenience fee. Unreal. It’s my job to pay for the app, and to pay a fee for the convenience of placing an online order? No. Canceled my purchase and decided not to buy anything. They gave me a free Cinnabon reward but when I clicked redeem it said I had 1.5 minutes to use it and I was about 2 minutes from the Cinnabon. I couldn’t even try to use it if I were there since there is no cell service inside. This is principally bad app design.Cam82748292
