Need help
I want to use this app, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use the app. Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete the app or not. The had something like this previously but it didn’t work well. And now I see it’s not much different. I didn’t get a birthday a reward and when I went to use the coupon for my download reward it expired before the lady could scan it. Was disappointed with the time setup.trae8
Can’t Place Orders
Don’t see the point in the app. I can’t place an order and the stores don’t honor the app promotions. Simply put, they don’t want my business. Thanks!Cricket169

Every time coming here great experience my iced coffee’s come out super awesome the workers there are great and professional I feel bad that people don’t leave till May tips for their hard work especially when you have one person doing cashier making coffees plus warming up whatever I’m buying or whatever people are buying. Maybe a raise especially for this location because of amount of people that come over there is ridiculous.You should value your workers.

Does not work in iPhone 11
I have an iPhone 11 on iOS 15, when launching the app a pop up appears “app can not be launched” I hit OK and it just closes. Very frustrating. I even uninstalled and reinstalled.Fillwarmer
Minor tech issues
For the most part it’s really a cool app if you get a chance to see what’s new earn points and also earn that is sweet delicious Cinnabon that we all crave tap into it you will not be mad only glad Cinnabon eat it up!!!Boone Toon
Cinnabon yum but
It’s nice to get a free reward when you can redeem it. I’ve gone to the Cinnabon at ocean county mall and can’t get cause it’s not available. Is this why your giving this reward? Very annoying. Then you get a snotty worker on top of it who hates her job. Jeez Cinnabon let’s get it together.IPhone crackheads
