Completed a pick up order to my nearest location, got charged, and arrived to the cinnabon. The manager told me there was no way to check my order because it wasn’t made through a delivery app. He didn’t believe I paid for the food and almost didn’t give me an order. Will never use this app again. For reference I ordered for the Cinnabon in Columbia, MD.Show lessdsrobin042

WORST FOOD APP EVER!!
Now this app is super easy to use just like other food apps but it only has 4 locations. When you get rewards for signing up and your birthday other locations won’t accept the coupon since they aren’t on the app. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of and I couldn’t get my birthday reward. Kinda annoying that it only works for 4 locations, none of which are near me, and maybe email out a different form of coupon for rewards so I can use it in stores.cookie748392974
