Update. Again?
Every time I try to use it it tells me I need to update again. Then it crashes and tells me I need to update again. I am on the latest IOS and latest MY STARKEY.Jhnixon

Please turn off Bluetooth, deactivate your account. Uninstall the app and download it anew. If you continue to have problems, contract your Professional for support.Works with Genesis Hearing Instruments

Invasion of privacy for the sake of money. Another app and hearing aid company that refuses to listen to consumers and prioritize sale of your personal info to others. I will be deleting the app in 2 days unless the developers can respond with something other than copied generic messagesmad@scammers

Thank you for your feedback.Not working
Set up an account and verified my email address. When I go to log into the app it just keeps spinning and doesn’t fully log in. Tried deleting all and reinstalling it. Tried unpairing hearing and and re pairing and still doesn’t work.Greenbay1958

Thank you for the feedback. Your description leads me to believe you have your hearing aids connected to another Apple device in the area. You can test this by attempting your steps at a location outside you home. You will want to turn off handoff. If it continues to happen, turn off the Bluetooth on the other Apple devices.Can’t log in
App was working fine until this evening. Tried to change password but said my email address could not be found connected yes to this account.Pastaannie

This app worked ok until my last beta update (iOS 17.1). Now it (and hear circle as well) will not progress beyond terms of use. Hearing aids are connected and can be adjusted independently of the app. TV profile has disappeared.
Update: app is back up and fully functional-I’m a very happy camper. Apple controls are good but this app does important things Apple controls do not.Show lessjgaylordjr

I just updated my iPhone from old version and now Don’t work any iPhone for new version IOS 17.1 come on guy!
