App Does Not Work
Despite receiving an email from Citizens stating that this app was ready after over 4 years of waiting, it cannot connect to my account information.
The fact that this app made it passed testing is impossible; it just doesn’t work.Happy to finally have an app
Seems to work fine for me. Only concern is how easy it was to log in - No MFA, and I don’t see any option to turn that on.No mobile check deposit
When I first opened an account with Citizens Access their FAQ said the website was designed to be mobile friendly and therefore there was no need for an app. Indeed, that was true. The website worked fine even on the tiny screen of iPhone SE. Now there’s an app. It’s okay, but doesn’t have the ability for mobile check deposit. I don’t see any benefit to the app over the website except perhaps Touch ID which could be added to the website. Anyway it’s a fine app but minus one star for no mobile check deposit. For now, the website is just as good. My guess is customers are asking for the app just because all the other banks have one even though it’s not really necessaryStill “under construction”?

Three reviews when I downloaded, and all five stars. But when you sign in you get a message saying still under construction. So who thought this was a good app if it’s not actually done yet?
