  • HORRIBLE

    I attempted to cancel my subscription and still got charged. When I sent an email asking a simple question, the agent that responded was extremely rude and basically told me they couldn’t help and basically I was “out of luck.” They didn’t even try to be nice or polite, nor did they acknowledge my request and question. Then they stopped responding to my emails. I ended up having to change my bank account information due to this. While the service was nice while it lasted, the customer support is rude and will block you without a care in the world as long as they have their money. There are better apps with more caring staff, this should be your last resort!

  • Wouldn’t recommend.

    I’m pretty sure it’s a Ponzi scheme that’s not even worth providing your information to. Any issue u may have, there’s no support to contact other than by email. On top of that u will get a “we got your email” automated response and probably won’t hear from an actual rep for weeks. Again by email. 🤨 Not worth a penny out of your pocket nor a second out of your day. I can recommend others who are promising, just ask..

    Now watch some typical “just saying what they pay me to say” rep respond to this review faster than any service u would get addressing any personal issue.

  • Long waits to be able to get support

    I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone about the fact that I selected to have my advance sent express which is an additional fee it showed me that it would be the same day by 9pm once I selected the option it then changed it to the next day by 9pm. That’s not what I agreed to for the fee that I’m being charged. I have tried and tried to get in touch with customer support and all I keep getting is emails saying it may take up to 3 days. This app was a great resource up until this point. I’m very disappointed.

  • Integration is terrible and you pay for it…

    The integration for this app seems to be terrible as it doesn’t support a lot of various banks.

    I know these products well as I’ve worked for a few in the past. They either don’t lend directly or have a mid tier partnership with a few and backed by a investment partner.

    I’m surprised whoever is partnered up with Credit Genie allows such poor integration with banks and a pretty ugly front end (pages don’t line up, fonts are off, etc). Fintech is hot right now but seems they may miss out on a lot of opportunities.

  • The Worst App Ever

    Don’t even waste your time downloading this app. I downloaded this app to see if it’ll help me but instead it was a scam. They charged me 2.99 just for connecting my bank account and when I was told I wasn’t eligible for any services they offer, I requested a refund and they told me I agreed to the terms and conditions and I knew that I would be charged a fee and they declined my refund request. Thankfully, my bank was able to dispute the charge and put a stop payment on anything they try to charge after that but I was super disappointed in the support this app offers. They are terrible and if you want to save money build your credit you can do that for free there should be no charge in that so don’t download this app it’s a waste of time and money.

  • Never hear from customer service

    You lost a customer because of the lack of customer. I have emailed this company multiple times about my due dates on my payment because they wouldn’t line up when i got paid. Did i ever hear from them? No! I emailed last week about the due date. I gave the company three days before i emailed again. And nothing was done. This is pathetic that i can’t even get an email back about my issues.

  • Amazing App

    I usually don’t write reviews but this app came in clutch when I was in desperate need of an extra $100 to make rent. And it came through unlike other advance apps. Please give this a try if you’re in a pinch for some money and extra cash
  • Almost New Customer / BAD Experience

    So I just created a new account today. I set up my email and password. Before I could attach my bank, a screen pops up stating “Saving”. The screen has been like that for the last 6 hours. It has not moved. Every time I go to the app, this same screen is there. Not sure if the app is frozen or not but I’m not so sure I’m that confident in doing business with this company now. I hope they get it together one day.

  • Stuck, would like to try

    My review will be short and negative. I’m not sure if I’m possibly doing something incorrectly. I get all my information in and connect my bank account. It confirms that it is connected. Then it gets the the dreaded “SAVING” screen. Then the app gets stuck there for 30 minutes longest I have had patience for nothing happens. I close the app and restart then it ask me to connect bank again. Will update review if anything changes.

    This app has helped me with cash advances but the app is not very user friendly. It doesn’t allow for you to pay your advance back sooner than it’s scheduled. The scheduled pay back date is never on my payday. You can’t chat with support. Also you pay these express fees and the money isn’t expressed into your bank like other apps. It can take the next business day which is not convenient.
